We don't have Smoothie King where I live, so it was fun to visit this clean and bright shop when I was visiting my boyfriend in New York! This is a fairly new location, and is resplendent with light up menus, an adorable seating area, and a fun wall mural that details the company's history. We got two smoothies - one for me and one for my boyfriend. He got the Chocolate Gladiator Smoothie with banana and mango as add-ins, and I got the Chocolate Activator, which had protein powder, cocoa, banana, and coconut water. Gary loved his smoothie, but mine wasn't so great. The protein powder made the smoothie kind of grainy and weird. I'll stick to an all-fruit smoothie next time. They have lots of options and different recipes formulated for everything from slimming down to bulking up muscle. It's a great post-workout destination. I have to give Smoothie King high marks for the friendly and patient staff (thanks for giving us lots of time to order - we are VERY indecisive!), well kept interior, and wide variety of not only smoothies but also energy bars and other healthy snacks. They even had the hard to find Vanilla Caramel Hero Quest Bar, which I haven't seen in many stores. I got a few of those to go. This is the Smoothie King that is the closest to my job, so I have been coming here often since they opened up. I love the convenience of it. It is right off of Rt. 9, which makes it easy for me to head there, pick up my smoothie, and then get back on the road. I typically order my smoothie at the drive-thru and I am able to be in and out of there within a couple of minutes. I typically order a Strawberry-flavored Peanut Power Plus and I have not had any issues with my orders at this location. They do tend to leave the dates in the smoothies as larger chunks, as compared to other locations. I actually prefer to have the larger chunks of fruit in my smoothies, because I like to eat them once my smoothie is done. If you are able to download the app for Smoothie King, you will often be able to get a coupon to discount $2 with your purchases pretty often, which is super helpful. read more

Love it here !! There's always a lot up on the description board that can help you make your decision based on your needs and wants! I personally usually get the power punch plus and I add Peanut butter just cause I love Peanut butter lol You can always add or subtract to your smoothie!! New and clean environment. Good smoothies, but on the pricey side. Staff was friendly and service was quick. I stopped in at noon time on a Monday. There is many choices on the menu but I don't really by into the "vitamins" and extras they claim to throw into the shakes..... other than that I got a regular strawberry banana and my husband got a pineapple surf. I have gone to Smoothie king since it's opening. I like exactly one type of smoothie. I order the same EVERYTIME a LG Strawberry Banana smoothie plan and simple. Tonight I get handed my partners strawberry smoothie and the lady at the window hands me a smoothie and says angel food I corrected her politely and was told that strawberry banana is called angel food on their menu. Now driving I had no chance to take a sip until some distance away. Whatever I was handed was not strawberry banana and in fact it was such I had to throw it away. You have limited business getting what is ordered right would seem a priority. Guess I am done with smoothies for a long while until I find a place that can make what's ordered. read more

As soon as I heard about this Smoothie King was opening up in my area I was the happiest person ever. Even during the winter, it is a great place to stop by to enjoy a nice smoothie. The sizes are so generous; the small is the size of a medium, the medium the size of a large and a large the size of an extra large. My go to used to be Banana Boat with peanut butter, and then I ventured out to the Yogurt D-Light with strawberries as the furit of your choice. They have a great deal where on fridays a medium is the price of a small. Everytime I have time to make it to Smoothie King before work, I'm always the happiest person ever. It's so filling, refreshing and flavourful. The employees are always really friendly and professional. Drive-thru takes about 10 mins if there are 1-2 people in front of you AT MOST. This place is defintely a great place to stop by if you need something refreshing for a long day of work, chores, errands, etc. Defintey became my top place to go to for something quick and fullfilling! read more

I have been to this brand new smoothie king several times since it has opened in the past two weeks and have tried three different smoothies, each of them I have loved!!! I enjoyed the Caribbean way, passion passport and mangofest. The cafe seems very clean and organized. All of the staff are friendly and eager to help. Some are friendlier than others and we're flirting with my sister in front of me which was odd, but kids will be kids. Today I went in alone and the boy that handed me my smoothie, Mathew was GREAT!!! My smoothie wasn't ready right away for whatever reason and I had been waiting longer than people that ordered after me and he asked for my name and order and got on it right away. I'm not sure if I chose the wrong smoothie or what but it did not taste good at all. It was very heavy and it did not taste like there was any real fruit in there. There were chunks of ice-not pleasant. Later on the day, I felt very nauseous and vomited the whole smoothie. Def made me sick. I rather make myself my own real fruit smoothie at home or Mr. Smoothie in the mall has better smoothie options. I am not even sure where to start with this place. The staff is not only knowledgable of the menu, but friendly, welcoming, and treated every customer like a guest in their own home. The service was fast and even if i waited in line it did not feel like a wait. The smoothies were delicious and knowing what your putting in your body is even better!!!! I will never go to Tropical Smoothie, Mr.Smoothie, or Jamba Juice ever again. I am a regular and look forward to going there everyday. I never can decide what I want because everything is so good. I think they should teach everybody how to make the same smoothie it's different every time I go so I wonder if they don't put enough ingredients or they put to much of certain products and not enough of others.
