There was an elder gentleman right across the street sitting on his porch with two dogs that greet folks coming and going. Walking in, we exchanged "hellos" with a gentleman that was leaving and he was very friendly and gave us a laugh. Going in, you could tell there were regulars straddles up to the bar and having a good time. Both bartenders that day we very personable without going over the top or acting like they couldn't be bothered. Basically treated you like they've known you for ever. Food was typical bar food. She then said okay I will be over in a second. She came to take our order yet no menus, so we had to wait for that as well. After we got a alcoholic beverage and a coke with lemon, and water with lemon, she comes back with drinks , no lemon. At that point we said forget it. Then after 20 minutes of her not coming back, I had to go up AGAIN just to find out she was sitting there talking to her coworker . I wouldn't have been mad if that was all but also on this sandwich, they forgot the tomato and lettuce and the sauce that goes on it. Come to find out they put the sauce in between the two patties and it's a very small amount so you couldn't even taste it . The other burger was also wrong because they didn't put cheese or the right bun on it. Very disappointed for the price of the food y'all charge. Portions and quality is unacceptable. Service is ridiculous. Customers please be aware. You'll probably have to sit at the bar just for good service because that's were the attention was since that's where they stayed posted. You guys need to do more than just "relay the message to staff" you need to fix the broken service. Also she didn't check on the table the whole time after that and I had to go up there again for the check. Took so long to come get it, I payed thru the dumb QR code and left. It seems like all the bad reviews, the owner is trying to justify the fact that the staff can't do their job. That's not something you do, you have to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Take action.
