A well priced restaurant near the square in Baraboo. It was a bar type atmosphere with lots of screens to watch games. Lots of burger choices as well as other options such as fried cheese curds, soup, and sandwiches. The waitstaff was super friendly. As our food arrived, one entre was accidentally bumped and fell on the floor. She was very apologetic and promptly replaced it within 10 minutes. She also offered a dessert as a kind gesture. Hit the place on Saturday afternoon about 1 pm. Place was busy, no tables, had to sit at the bar. Service was fast and friendly. Wifey went with the plain burger with a slice of raw onion and fries. I went exotic ... black and blue burger with a slice of raw onion and their special fries. Everything came hot to the table with the addition of a small dish of pickles (nice touch). Burgers were great, fries were crispy and pickles were crunchy. Beef itself was course ground and great texture. I had the spicy Ranch for dipping - it was excellent, highly recommend. Wow wowee! After a testing hike at Devil's Lake we headed here and boy did we get the meal of our lives. We were both hangry AF, and by the end of this meal we were ready for satisfied slumber. It's really got the sports bar thing going on with a TV in every booth. Food SO GOOD. It's such decent prices for all the food you get too. The Carolina - the coleslaw with the crispy onion! Great food, great service, great prices. This place rocks. Drive a little way out of Wisconsin Dells, go to the Ringling Brewery, grab a burger at the Baraboo Burger Company. The service was top notch from the minute we walked in, to getting drinks and food. The burgers are the thing but their salad and sandwiches are excellent too. We had a terrific lunch for less than $30 and then I tipped well. Our food was served fresh & hot without having to wait a long time and without high prices from the Biden economy. An honest burger joint. Not an overpriced pretentious hipster lounge... thank goodness. Had the February Special - see pics and menu. 12 bucks, giant filling burger and it came with a side. The beer battered fires were alright, cheese curds were average... but hey the burgers are the star here. We also had couple of old fashioneds... they were proper. We also saw a couple of bloodies leave the bar - they looked righteous. Finding a honest burger these days can be challenging. Honestly had a wonderful experience here. My boyfriend and I were in the area and wanted to grab a quick bite. It was pretty crowded but they do have a second room which is nice. The staff was very attentive and helpful with all menu questions. The drinks were strong and the food was delicious. The pickles here they give on the side are SOOO BOMB! I had the Carolina which was great with beer fries. My boyfriend got a bacon cheese burger with their homemade chips, so crispy. We had a really great food experience. This is a Wisconsin Badgers sports themed restaurant. They have a bar area with seating and then an upstairs seating area. Most seating is tables at bar height and some booths. There are televisions everywhere due to it being a sports focused establishment. This could be good or bad based on what you're looking for. We got a chicken wrap with beer battered fries and chicken strips. Everything was delicious. They also have rotating monthly burgers and beers. Full bar and beer selection. This locally owned burger joint right is on the Square in downtown Baraboo. This is a University of Wisconsin Badgers themed sports bar and grill. The interior is, dare I say classy, not tacky, with Badger items secondary to all of the red. So it's got a pleasant hip look. I don't eat pickle but I do consider it a plus that they've got their own pickle that they're pretty proud of. I do like that there are three potato options for sides of the burger. Wraps, salads, and non-beef burgers also pluses. If I were next back in the area, I would definitely explore the "Where's the beef" options. BTW, Baraboo Burger Company burgers will not leave you asking that question! Breaking off from that regional chain was definitely the right thing for the owner operator to do.
