First off there was literally two tables filled in the whole restaurant and it said sit yourself so we did, in the hall of fame part, well the room closest to the bar but still in that little doorway . After I want to say 15 minutes of sitting down with nobody coming to the table, I personally had to go up to the bar And tell the lady , we needed to get our drinks ordered. She then said okay I will be over in a second. She came to take our order yet no menus, so we had to wait for that as well. After we got a alcoholic beverage and a coke with lemon, and water with lemon, she comes back with drinks , no lemon. At that point we said forget it. Then after 20 minutes of her not coming back, I had to go up AGAIN just to find out she was sitting there talking to her coworker . I said uhm we've been ready to order and you haven't came back and she used the excuse she was waiting for bar orders which doesn't make much sense because while you were talking and waiting, you could've gotten our orders in. We order and I ordered the beef brisket or whatever it was and she asked if I wanted the glaze and the BBQ and I was like well if I can I'll do the glaze on the side and she said ok that will work. Then the other two in my party ordered burgers. Waited about 25/30 minutes for food. When she came with the food she finally introduced herself as Kristen. Now the brisket was amazing hands down. However, one of the burgers were made medium rare and also the egg was runny. Then I thought about it. KRISTEN NEVER ASKED HOW SHE WANTED HER EGG OR BURGER. Careless mistake. I wouldn't have been mad if that was all but also on this sandwich, they forgot the tomato and lettuce and the sauce that goes on it. Come to find out they put the sauce in between the two patties and it's a very small amount so you couldn't even taste it . The other burger was also wrong because they didn't put cheese or the right bun on it. Very disappointed for the price of the food y'all charge. Portions and quality is unacceptable. Service is ridiculous. Customers please be aware. You'll probably have to sit at the bar just for good service because that's were the attention was since that's where they stayed posted. You guys need to do more than just "relay the message to staff" you need to fix the broken service. Also she didn't check on the table the whole time after that and I had to go up there again for the check. Took so long to come get it, I payed thru the dumb QR code and left. It seems like all the bad reviews, the owner is trying to justify the fact that the staff can't do their job. That's not something you do, you have to TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Take action.
