I dropped my car off to get a tire pressure sensor fixed and a tire repaired. They said it would be ready in 2 hours. And 2 hours later I got a text saying it was done. But when I got there it was not done. They hadn't even started the work. My advisor said they could not find the wheel lock. I said it's in the glove compartment, where else would it be? I went and got it myself. I said I didn't see how they could have missed it, being in a Hay Tire bag that you can see through. (see photos) But okay, fine, you can't find the wheel lock. But why tell me the work was done? Why not call and ask me where the wheel lock is, so I wouldn't have to wait around another 45 minutes to get the work done. I've had good experiences with this business in this past, but this was not one of them. read more

I've been coming to discount tire for many years now because they have the most affordable prices and good customer service. I stopped by here because my tire pressure was super low. I love that they offer this free service to check your pressure and fill it for you. There wasn't a line when I came and I was quickly greeted by a nice employee named Q. He filled up my tires and let me know the condition of them and when I should consider replacing them. Thank you Q! Everyone around here plugs Gerald's but man.. this Discount Tire location is amazing. We've been going here a few years now for flats and rotations over the stealerships or other places. Always easy to schedule an appointment and the staff is very friendly and explains everything in detail. Today scheduled a flat fix for my wife, had to move the appointment up... they said no problem. I purchased 2 new tires & my scheduled appointment was 8:30am Saturday morning. I arrived 15 minutes early & waited. I was greeted nicely. But my car entered the Bay Area at 9:49am! Q did apologize for the wait time and the staff was very nice. My only complaint is having to wait so long with a scheduled appointment. This is my 2nd time using this location. So let's have real talk I had preconceived expectations going into this tire purchase regarding Discount Tire. I didn't know anyone who had personally used them, I've only heard the advertisements. I had the mindset of national discount chain, purchasing in bulk to generate revenue with increased sales volume and shotty service. Let me tell you how wrong I actually was, all I can say is WOW!! Usually I shop local but the price of the tires plus the tire certificates could not be beat. I booked everything online and set an appointment, super easy process I didn't need the car for the day so I dropped it off earlier than my appointment time and was met outside as my appointment confirmation stated. I wish I had gotten his name but didnt. The gentleman got my key, confirmed my information, told him I was early but didn't need the car and he said to not worry From here I received a text. My car had been added to the queue and I would be updated accordingly during the process. I appreciated this very much, although I was in no rush, for someone that had to wait on their vehicle they could go by a nearby restaurant for a snack while waitng and be kept informed of their status. Surprisingly my car was ready almost 45 minutes early. I was again greatest outside, someone different this time but equally as professional, my car was pulled around, paperwork brought to me, tire certificates explained and was told they appreciated my business and to have a nice day. As simple as it may sound, this is something a lot of businesses overlook nowadays or have a staff that could care less. Major kudos to Discount Tire and the awesome service team at the Ashley Phosphate store. I'll be back for tire rotations going forward and will update accordingly read more

i Went to Gerald to purchased a tire cause my tire wasn't keeping air. Pulled in I saw close 4 pm. I asked if I could use the air hose I'm told no it turns off at 4. Cool, the group of guys left. Then a lady comes from behind the desk locks up with 3 male employees, the same hose I was told cuts off at 4 pm they used to make a tire snow man. No one offered to inflate my tire , it was totally flat. each time they walk pass my car while waiting on roadside assistance they turned they heads. Don't nobody owe me anything. I just had four new tires installed on our Jeep JK today. It was the smoothest experience I have EVER had at a tire shop. I had used the on-line appt system, so all I had to do was show up. My family and I are 600+ miles away from home on a road trip & last night as we pulled in to the hotel to check in for the evening we realized we ran over a metal shard that sliced our tire and flattened it. All tire shops were already closed so we waited till the morning. We came in first thing in the morning (as a walk in) and Brenden was amazing! Ryan was very helpful, assessed my tires and offered to patch the tire for free but laid out all my options(replacing just two at a time that had a little life left in them, replacing all 4, or just patching the one). I was very pleased with how he did not try to upsell me on anything or the most expensive tires and actually made a recommendation based off tested tires on my vehicle, which were cheaper than the ones I inquired about.
