It is too bad 3 people have posted a bad experience for this location. I have been a member for a year now and love this place. The coaches are great and the workouts are only 30 minutes. I pay a monthly fee which began after the initial challenge when I joined. If I recall my initial challenge was around $20. There have been other challenges but I just do the regular workouts. When I 1st heard the price of one of the challenges I thought it was kinda pricey but I was not familiar with how those worked and when talking with a co-worker who goes to a cross fit gym she advised hers were more expensive but just like this gym, if you loose the weight you get your money back. Me and a couple of friends were looking forward to trying out the 6 week challenge at this gym. I entered my information in one of the Facebook ads and one of the trainers, owner as well, Joanne began sending me messages. When I asked about the conditions and cost she replied that those were going to be given at the orientation, but that if I did not want the spot that she could give it to someone else. According to her, she only had 6 spots left and I had to reserve it. I found her last statement unprofessional. It was obvious that I wanted a spot, since I was inquiring about it. This activity is not for free and I wanted to know general information before I committed. I then, responded that she could give it to someone else as I was going to look for another camp. She replied "you got it" with a smiley face. Later that evening, I saw the Facebook add again. In the add it said that there were 40 spots available. I commented and said that I was looking forward to joining the 6 week challenge but was not pleased with the text messages that I received from one of the coaches. Tell me why the next morning, I see the add again and the commenting feature was no longer available. I showed my friends her messages and they found them to be inappropriate. We decided to keep searching for a better place where they will be upfront, professional, and not expect you to commit right away without giving you the full details. I had to choose one star, but honestly you deserve none. My sister in law, my daughter and myself went to the orientation for the "free 6 week challenge" (not free people, this is a scam) - first of, Joanne is rude and she doesn't make you feel like she is there to help you, she makes you feel like she is there to get your money only. My sister in law said she needed to discuss with her husband, now come one anyone in a healthy marriage knows that everything gets discussed, you don't just do things without at least mentioning it to your significant other, Joanne as soon as she heard this started to dismiss my sister in law. Now at this moment she did not know we were related. My sister in law walked out of course, I waited a few more minutes and Joanne turned to me, I said.. I am the one that makes the decisions in my household, however I don't appreciate how you treated my sister in law, you discouraged her before she even began, what kind of setting is this. she went on to dismiss me and say well this is not for you either, and she was right, I would not want to be part of something so ugly... I honestly have never been to a place where they shame people the way she did. I don't know how she is still in business. Before you attend orientation, do your homework. This is a scam.. it cost over $400 and you don't even get your money back if you lose the weight, you simply get a credit towards more gym time. Find a better option! read more

Felt like a timeshare sales pitch. 'Free' is not free. Required a large deposit OR you have to sign a YEAR contact right then. When a participant said that they just spent a large sum of money due to a death in their family, the owner tried to shame her saying "You said that you were concerned about your health". My friend joined over a year ago. Her results were so amazing that I decided to sign up. I see all of the negative reviews on here and it makes me sad. There must've been something bad/wrong going on with that Facebook promotion. Since that is not the way I found out about this club, I have no experience with that. What I do have experience with is that Coach Joann has been nothing but nice to me and my daughter. I joined an eight week challenge and my daughter signed up to be my gym partner! Yes, it is pricey. That is the only reason I did not give it five stars. What I have gained in these past six weeks of joining this Boot Camp has been incredible! I am getting stronger, my non-stretchy jeans are a lot roomier and I definitely see a change in my eating habits. Since the classes are only 30 minutes a day, with a lot of different time options, I am able to make it at least 4 to 5 times a week. Yes, I could join a gym for five or $10, or go running for free- but if you are anything like me none of those options have ever worked. I finally found a workout routine that energizes, motivates and fulfills me. Go in there and see it for yourself. Yelp is amazing, but it is not the end all be all. read more
