I just got an email saying I owned thousands of dollars from a mistake this gym did. They keep answering my reviews, but when I write back to them they never answer. Wow. Please please dont sign with this gym . Make them print out the contract, make them go item by item and dont sign for trainers they are not efficient anyways. They made signed a contract and told me I had 3 days to changed my mind about canceling the trainer s sessions. I canceled the after the first one, that BTW was supposed to be free. I talked to every signaled people in charge they gave me proof that the contract was canceled, and here we are 6 months after calling me and sending me emails with 3 times the balance of something I dont owned. Asked for help and the front desk lady named Zoey responded with rudeness and disrespect. During the interaction, she called me a slur, which I found deeply offensive and completely inappropriate for someone working in a customer-facing role. No customer should be treated this way for asking a basic question. Professionalism, courtesy, and respect should be the minimum standard. 8/15/25 - yay!!! Talked to the Ops manager at the front and she explained there is a building maintenance person and a machine maintenance person. The machine person is assigned several locations and he has been making his rounds and is aware of all the ones needing maintenance. The building person has been there everyday about the sauna. GREAT NEWS! Sauna works! The pull-up machine is fixed. Positives about this gym I do have to say is the staff at 4am are super friendly and welcoming and always greet you with a smile. Leaving the next shift is on and they too are friendly. The overall place is clean and picked up at 4am and womens locker room is clean with soap always stocked. ***** Sauna isnt working again. It was out of commission for 3 weeks. Working yesterday and out again today. One of the 2 stair machines in the movie room is out of commission again. The 2nd assisted pull up machine has been out for at least 4 weeks. I did email about these items and was told they have only 1 maintenance person for all locations. Billing is a nightmare, been going here over 2 years they randomly denied payment, didn't notify me just charged me a late fee. If I wasn't locked in to an annual fee I'd be long gone it's such a simple fix that causes the customer a headache. It's the auto billing is having hiccups. So I have to wait an sit on hold with cooperate forever during the weekday and just SOL on the weekend. The first time I was charged a late fee whoever put in my billing info put the wrong exp date so the system had my card down as expired. The second time nobody knows why it didn't process but I'm penalized with a non waivable late fee that is insane didn't even get notified. I will say the employees are nice about and it's probably out of there hands so it's not a knock on customer service but it's messed up I have to eat fees because they can't properly bill and that cant be fixed in the moment. UPDATE!!!! Somehow the billing address last month was miraculously changed by the billing department to the gyms street address causing me to eat fees and get my card declined while nobody knows how that information got changed. read more

I just recently joined this gym. And I expected every gym to be busy during peak hours but it's a mad house in there every single time. Like ridiculously packed. Everyone waiting for their turn on equipments. And why do they lock up the class room when there's no class? It could alleviate the crowding for people who would want to do core or stretchings or whatever would keep them off the small turf area in the middle. I'm very likely to switch back to Planet Fitness. I've kept both memberships for now since I have an exigent situation that requires me to select this location which is very near my house. Overall, this is a good gym. It's clean, well-equipped, and the environment is generally positive. It does get busy at times, which is expected for a popular gym. My main concern is that a boxing coach frequently trains her clients in the main walkway between the bench press area and the treadmills. This creates a safety issue, as they often move through high-traffic areas and come very close to other members and their belongings. It can be disruptive and uncomfortable when you're trying to focus on your workout. What makes this more frustrating is that another EOS location nearby on Maryland and Silverado has a dedicated boxing room specifically for this type of training. Having trainers use the main walkway instead of an appropriate designated area feels unnecessary and unsafe. I hope management can address this and ensure trainers use proper spaces so everyone can work out safely and comfortably. read more

This location only has two rowing machines. One was being used. The other one I couldn't use because the right foot strap is broken. I went to front desk and told them. The guy said "a service request was placed two days ago. Unfortunately EOS has only one technician who services all the EOS locations in the valley. So give it until Monday." Then I drove to the next closest EOS which is on Stephanie and Sunset. I checked in and walked to the rowing machines. Again, this location only has two of them. Both were being used. I drove home. I could drive to another EOS location , the nearest to me in Henderson is on Silverado Ranch. But I don't want to run the risk of wasting gas and finding that again, both rowing machines are used. I recently started going to this gym after months of not going. I can tell you, I expected the gym to be busy during peak hours 6-9 and 4-9. But it is a constant mad house in there every hour of the day. I know because I have specifically gone at different hours of the day. This location is way beyond capacity. They either need to completely redesign and expand the space or limit the amount of memberships. If you join, you'll constantly be waiting to use a machine. You'll stand around more than actually working out. Then the parking is a nightmare. It's in a small lot and you'll be forced to park basically over into the next lot with other stores next the bike shop. I honestly believe you'll get a decent workout without truly waiting for a machine at 3am on a Sunday night. Aside from that, either have extreme patience waiting or avoid this location. read more

Nice gym. A huge variety of equipment, well organized, and plenty of spaces to work out. Very busy from morning to night though you can still have something to workout on. Nice friendly staff. I didn't use my membership very long being the parking is atrocious. Good luck if you can find something close to the entry. The main reason I didn't join is because they won't let you into the CrossFit room so I can do my Yoga routine. They absolutely refuse to bend the rules. If there is no class in session they lock the doors....period. LVAC had two big rooms and normally dim lit, and quiet, just they way I like it. All EŌS gyms have the same policy. Oh well. read more

Recently I decided to lower my membership to the basic and I've been there 3 times over the course of 3 months and they still haven't got it right. Unfair business practices! Not easy to cancel. They will double charge you for 1 month of your 30 day of canceling your membership and then add 3 weeks more and charge you $25. They get you on the contract by writing so much garbage and trying to understand the wording what all it means. Your membership is monthly and anytime they feel like raising the monthly fee they can. Don't do personal training. They will lie to you to get you to sign up. They make you do a 6 month contract but never tell you personal training goes to monthly after that. Really who does that? You pay $44 a week for about 20 mins workout. Not worth the price. The employees are not trained properly. They have no clue what's going on when asking questions. No one responds back to you. The gym is always crowded and hard to get on machines because at the higher memberships you can bring a friend for free! If I could give a zero I would. read more

New lake mead location review Asked rob the manager for hot yoga schedule while enrolling my daughter never got it called back asked to have another manager send itto me manager never called back wanted to spend time with daughter did the seven day pass and then went to enroll permanently upon doing so the app didn't work engaged EOS four times was asked to go in twice to get it fixed. Ask the manager to contact me three times to get it fixed because when I went there on each occasion, their IT wasn't available or no one was there that could help me so I said have the manager call me that would be Jonaveh and guess what she never called me to find out what the issues were all she did was cancel my account. What impression does this give you of their management team? And their customer service? I'm from Southern California and came to visit some family in Henderson and was able to go workout here a few times. As someone who has tried all the mainstream fitness chain gyms, this gym is above average. The staff was friendly, the equipment selection was good and the gym was very clean. It was a bit busy one day but I didn't have to wait too long for the machines. One thing I noticed in particular about this location is the reracking of weights. Each time I visited I saw almost no weights on the ground or still loaded onto barbells or machines. A rare thing from my experience. Great job to the staff and members for keeping this gym organized and clean. I look forward to visiting Henderson again and working out at EōS Fitness. read more

The Gym itself is probably fine. However, it is not for me. The people or at least the girl I saw, was really pushy at sign up. Plus went way to fast on the tour, as well as, practically demanding I add 3 Referrals. I am a Senior and most of my friends use the Workout Rooms at the Senior Center. I also noticed EOS is mainly used by Professional type people..thrones who are extremely serious about working out; so, I felt quite intimidated. I really enjoy coming here even after they lied about the personal training sessions which was a 6 month contract expired I was told it doesn't expire since it was paid for. Anyway theres a wide range of equipment and the massage chairs in the recovery room, the gum staff are always kind and helpful. But today I decided to try hot hula I found out the instructor who usually teaches at this club was out, the "lady" subbing a?n Asian lady I didn't get her name because I wanted to get out of there, she usually teaches in a club on the north side of town was really rude to me and singled me out because it was my first time to hot hula, she made all the other members in this class laugh and point at me, didn't offer me a lava lava (Polynesian skirt) because I was 10 minutes late. I thought the classes was suppose to be fun and I was having fun until that, i guess since I'm new she didn't want me in the picture for the regular instructor who hasn't met me. And she was upset about me doing a shaka hand which is like a thumbs up or what's up in Hawaii. I was born and raised in Hawaii 3 generations of my family and she laughed when I said that. I won't lie this is the worst gym I've ever been to in Vegas. It definitely has a smell to it. It's so gross I can't forget it. The lat pulldown machines, where you put your feet, is sunk down at least an inch into the ground because 1,000 people have clearly used the machine before you. During my time with EoS I avoided this one unfortunately that is the most conveniently located to me. Staff was perfectly nice but this place is too busy to workout in. The clients is a lot of lunks. More guys and less women (typically) than other gyms like Planet Fitness or LVAC. It does the job. You can get a workout in. When I told the staff about something that broke, they fixed it. I preferred the Pecos & Russell EoS- it's a lot bigger and a little newer. But further :( read more

I joined this club thinking it'd be would be like 24 hour fitness but it's not. I have been trying to cancel my membership for the last 3 to 6 months. Can't do it online when you do it over the phone they don't honor it the fact that your employee doesn't write anything down on a file but I still get charged so once again I got charged again for services that I don't even use cause I never moved to Vegas yet so my word of caution find another gym to go to or go to 24 which is all the way up in Summerlin or even try LVAC at least they take care of their clients not like EOS it's a rip off read more

Review #1 of 2024 January 2nd visit around 9:30 am My wife and I are regulars at this gym and although we missed a few months due to injury followed by being sick off and on, we were able to return and make use of the facility. My wife is a big fan of the hydro massage, and for me while I heal from injury, I'm a fan of the sauna so I was extremely pleased to see it working again. At the end of our sessions, my wife wanted to do one set of a pull exercise. There was a new female personal trainer leaning on it. My wife asked her if she could use it and her reply was no. Seriously!? Rather than say, that she could work in, she started pointing at other stations... very disappointing to see this kind of response from an employee there. EoS could use this as a teaching moment and hopefully this changes. As a certified personal trainer myself, I have a list of alternative exercises to work the same muscle group in cases like this. This is by far my favorite EōS in the area, I live within a couple miles to 3 locations and depending on the day and where I'm at usually determines which location I'll work out at. The Eastern location is a little old and some machines are a little run down, the new location on St Rose is nice it does a have a pool, something that the Stephanie location does not have and there is something about a brand new Gym that makes me want to drive a little out of my way to go there, but the flow of the St rose location is just not as well thought out as the Stephanie location. All the staff here are helpful anytime I've had questions in regards to billing, training, etc. Plus their prices are great with no contract, so if you need to cancel for whatever reason you easily can. read more

It started off good, but has slowly declined. The gym itself is large, but has issues. You get what you pay for and can't wait to cancel my membership when I move in a few months from what I gather is going to be challenging. 1. Machines are always broken and don't seem to be fixed in a timely manner. 2. The paper towel dispensers are empty or broken and you have to walk around the entire gym to find a working one. 3. Most people don't re-rack their weights or put things back in the right place. 4. There are at least 10-15 staff working at any given time, but most of them don't do anything to address the issues above. There is also constant turnover in staff. 5. It's always busy no matter what time you go. I've tried 3am - 5am, 10am-3pm, etc. with no success. 6. Tired of the dirty looks I get from various people. Staff and gym goers alike. I try to stay focused on my workout but constantly see someone glaring at me. I let it go, but tired of always having my guard up. 7. I rarely use the facilities and am in and out, but when I have went inside the men's changing room, something is broken in there. 8. The parking lot is terrible since it's in such a busy area. Do yourself a favor and find a better gym. I am counting the days to no longer have to deal with this headache. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience so others can make more informed decisions. I joined EOS Fitness thinking it would be a simple, affordable gym option. But it turned into a stressful and confusing situation. I was charged $47.99, which included a $25 service fee I wasn't clearly informed about. When I signed up, the staff asked me to sign quickly on a digital pad--I wasn't given time to review the full agreement, and no one explained that a cancellation requires 30 days' notice or that a declined payment would trigger a $25 fee. English is not my first language, and I tried my best to understand everything, but these policies were never explained clearly. I contacted EOS multiple times and even reached out to the district manager after seeing their response to my review--but I never received a reply. I also contacted their billing company, ABC Fitness, and my credit card company to resolve the issue, but nothing changed. It's exhausting to have to fight this hard for a fee I didn't knowingly agree to. If you're thinking about signing up, I strongly recommend reading everything very carefully and making sure you understand the cancellation and billing terms. I hope EOS improves their communication and how they treat non-native English speakers. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this. read more

"Sorry Bro I just work here" - Brody L So I had open heart surgery last June. 10 hours on the table, near miss sort of thing but I had a great surgeon. The second week after I was discharged from the hospital I called the cancel my membership phone number. I spoke with a very earnest person who REPEATEDLY assured me that they would take care of the cancellation (barring the final 30 day payment). I assumed once I was recovered I would reinitiate the membership, no big deal. Well, guess what...They never cancelled the membership. I figured that out 10 months later. I called the cancellation phone number again and was told to go to the front desk. I was told that they would get everything sorted out and give me a "great deal" on a new membership. Well guess what...They didn't. I paid the past due amount and restarted a new membership at the regular price. That brings us to the employee at this location who was signing me up (Brody L). I mentioned all this to him and he pushes back from the desk, throws his arms back and says "Sorry Bro, I just work here". Awesome Brody. It is unfortunate to have to write this review. Upon joining in Sept 24', it had promise amidst the chaos of the renovation. (Fortunately, the manager that signed me up has since left, she was unlikeable and incompetent.) Moving onto the gym itself, after the remodel there was some promise. However, as time has progressed it's clear this has turned into a larger high school gym. 1. Far too many very young groups of seemingly HSChool teenagers. They hog machines and areas and have 0 etiquette.They talk, take over an area (its limited to begin with) and most DO NOT RERACK Weights. There are older ladies in there having to reach up and remove 45lb plates from machines... ** A young girl,just today, was beside me on the treadmill. She live called ,via instagram, her young friend for 30 minutes ,having a loud "bubbly" conversation. She felt compelled to detail every change in speed,incline ,sweat wiping (grossly,using the cheap brown paper towels). Absolutely no regard for the 2 people beside her. I could hear her friend as loud as my in ear speakers . I was flabbergasted at the solipsism. ** 2. As of today, there were 5 major machines broken down. The only Leg Press machine (w/out free weights) has been broken down for over a week . 3. Spacing is and the admixture of machines is off. Primary machines are lacking in quantities (1 automatic leg press,1 automatic traditional bicep curl ), and packed tightly while other spaces are wide open. They need multiple machines for various parts. 4. Internet- prior to the remodel the internet worked great for streaming.Now,it doesn't work. I've asked and received one of the most confusing ,non concrete answers I've ever been given. What is worse, now the phone signal is poor. I have to now restart my iphone 1-2 xs per work out as I get 1 bar on a newer iphone. 5.Movie Room- A nice feature , it is very stuffy and getting smelly in there. Hard to control but is a cause for avoidance sometimes. Perhaps once the AC goes on it will help. 6.Crowds- getting more crowded and one has to dictate their routine around what machine or area is available. Ultimately the experience is souring and I may opt to go to another location with more space (Silverado) and perhaps a different atmosphere. Perhaps a change in the time of day may help as well. The staff are generally friendly and helpful (except for the AA Girl that works there as a trainer, she walked thru me and another guest entering while someone opened the door for us once)... Many were very helpful in handling a snafu with my contract when the then mgr failed to respond . read more
