Took my visiting nephew to the Uptown jungle park today and it was a blast. He had fun, made friends and used a lot of his stored energy. His review is "One of the best places so far uncle". Place needs to be cleaned, as an adult that climbed through the whole play structure I can confidently say it's not cleaned often, hair balls, dust, trash.... They have Groupons if you want to visit which is always a good thing. I decided to have my son's 4th birthday here and their party room package was for 10 kids which includes admission, 2 pizzas and 3 types of soft drinks for $300 for 2 hours with $100 deposit. This was the cheapest package during the week. They have a little snack bar so we just purchased ice creams for the kids instead of bringing a birthday cake which you can bring yourself. The playground is great for kids 13 and under for 2-3 hours. The host was nice but there wasn't anything special for $300 in my opinion. Adults and kids also need a waiver and wristband. read more

I took my niece to Uptown jungle and she LOVED it ! It was clean , not too crowded ! And they provided/sell food and beverages if wanted ! She got 3 hrs passes I would say that is a long time for a kid by herself but it's is a lot of activities to do but not 3 hrs enough lol . So she got a little bored of it but she enjoyed her time there most definitely!!! And they staff was very friendly , and nice ! And they have LOTS of sitting areas of kids that still give you access to see the kid you are with :) read more

We take our 18mo her every week, and she has a great time! It has a super affordable membership compared to other indoor play spots in the area, and has a dedicated toddler zone. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. However, it is super dirty - my daughter wears white grippy socks, and after 30mins they are filthy! There's also always candy wrappers, chunks of small foam, and other choking hazards lying around. read more

We attended a birthday party at Uptown Jungle and had a very concerning experience that other parents should be aware of. During the party, one of the children in our group was approached by an older child she did not know, who tried to get her to go with him and told her not to tell his mom. This is obviously a serious situation. Unfortunately, when this was reported to staff, the employees did not take the concern seriously or offer meaningful help. It wasn't until police were contacted that anything changed--and even then, there was no clear action taken to address the situation or reassure parents about safety procedures moving forward. What made the situation even more upsetting was that the party host was asked to leave while trying to advocate for the child and get clarity about what happened. That response from management was extremely disappointing. A place designed for children should take safety concerns seriously and support families when issues arise. Based on this experience, I would not recommend hosting a party here. Parents deserve better communication, support, and accountability when something like this happens. read more

This was the dirtiest kids place or business I have ever been to. The floors were filthy from probably months of not being cleaned properly. There's no way it was from being open for a few hours. If the floors weren't being cleaned, I can only imagine how infrequently the play equipment is cleaned. This was my first time taking my kids to the Henderson location and we will never go back. We have gone to the W. Craig location for years and will continue going there, because that location is clean and the staff is friendly. I visited Uptown Jungle today for a birthday party. Our group had a disturbing experience when an older boy tried to lure a young girl away, telling her to "follow me" and "don't tell your mom." When it was reported, the staff was dismissive and refused to check cameras without a police report. ​When the father of the birthday boy tried to address the situation, management kicked him out. Even more disturbing, they said that these incidents happen all the time and they don't intervene unless something bad happens. ​An indoor playground should have a zero-tolerance policy for this behavior. Between the predatory incident and this management, I no longer feel this is a safe environment for children. Parents, please be extremely vigilant or stay away. read more

We had our grandson's birthday party at Uptown Jungle, and it was honestly such a disappointing experience. They only let you into the room 15 minutes before the party, which makes it impossible to decorate or set up properly. Our party was scheduled for 2:30, and by the time we got checked in and figured out the mistake -- they had us in the smaller room even though we paid for the larger VIP suite -- it was already 2:30 and guests were walking in. When we finally got to the VIP room, it hadn't even been cleaned from the last party. The floor was sticky, the tables weren't set, and the staff were still mopping and cleaning while guests were arriving. We literally had to start the party around the cleaning crew. The bathrooms were also very dirty, which didn't help the impression. We had pre-ordered six pizzas, but only three pepperoni pizzas showed up on time and they were severely undercooked. The cheese pizzas for the kids didn't arrive until the party was wrapping up -- and they were also so undercooked they ended up being thrown away. They did give us a discount afterward, but for what we paid, the experience was chaotic, unsanitary, and poorly managed. read more

My daughter having a membership here has been such a gift. It's my daughter's favorite place to go!! She calls it her "gym". The special events Uptown Jungle throws for kids on holidays is always so fun too. Today we did the Easter event and I wanted to write a review today to highlight a specific staff member, Latoya. From the moment we walked in today she took care of us. She checked in with us multiple times and informed us on everything going on around us as the event went on. She even brought the Easter bunny back out so that we could take another photo because our first round with the Easter bunny were blurry. August 5th I took my child with me to check it out for the first time. We arrived one hour before closing and it was 33$ for one kid and one adult for one hour. Come to find out half of the playground was shut down so one 1 third of the playground was accessible. The employee failed to let me know because I would not have paid and went another day. The trampolines were highly occupied with adults and teens and sadly nowhere for my four year daughter to jump without getting knocked down. The entire floor of the park was wet in random areas with no wet floor signs. People were saying kids peed on the floor. The bathrooms were extremely filthy. No hand sanitizer in any of the stations including entry / exit door. The areas that have the canons with the foam balls were inoperable due to no balls. When you enter the business towards the left there is a Bouncie tent that you have to climb towards the top to be able to get down the slide. well as I took my kid up to it I have to slide down the side to get down. So I slid down the side of the from about 20 ft and lo and behold there was a huge piece of angle iron/ metal plate sticking out in between the padding. And I landed right on it with my fight heel and it hurt so bad a I scream and my wife heard me from the resting area. So I wobbled over the the front desks and I asked the young man who charged me at the entry and he was with a girl who also worked there. I informed them on what happened and they didn't ask me if I was okay or where it was so I told them where to look and still didn't bother to ask me how I was. Well today is the 6th of August and my right heel is still sore. So by tomorrow I think I will be reaching out to some else to explain what happened and see if they can press the issue. Do not take your children here it's filthy and the business is ran by children the employees are kids who do not know anything about managing an establishment. read more

$15 for 90 mins. They have a rock climbing area show in picture, staff to connect harness to your child. A toddler and younger area and rooms available to host a party. Lots of things to do as for slides and climbing. My friend had brought her 2 older kids that is 13 and 18 yrs and not recommended as there wasn't much they could do. The trampoline area is smaller than most trampoline places and they just wanted to jump and play basketball. The little ones definitely had fun and tired themselves out but still did not want to leave. For the price and time that is given, I would recommend bringing the younger ones here. Lots of running to do. Massage chairs also available for the parents and grandparents to relax while the kids runs wild. If you have grip socks, suggesting bringing it. A pair is $5.96. This place does get busy, and a Monday-Friday I believe the prices stay and $15 and goes up on weekends. We held my daughter's party there on the 20th. Making the reservation was easy when I spoke to the reservation line. Our host was Tanner and he was excellent making during we had everything we needed ice cream scoop and cake cutter plus delivering the pizza on time. They were flexible and allowed us to extend the jump time an extra hour for a little more. There are many activities and areas to play in for kids of all ages. I've celebrate my son's bday here few times and had membership for few years but since school started have to cancel our membership. Came here today wanted to renew our membership I stop by the poke store to buy some poke to take it home did not plan to eat it at the jungle park. Rick saw me with bags of food and told me NO OUTSIDE FOOD. I have explain it to him that I am not gonna eat it inside, then he insist that NO OUTSIDE FOOD. I ask him if he could put it under the counter or somewhere I can't leave it in my car due to heat and food will be bad, NOPE can't even bring it or put it where we put the shoes. Incredibly hard to book. We had to physically go and book. Manager quoted us a discounted price for the inconvenience, so we went ahead and booked it. When we got there, not all amenities were available. They barely had 3 staff working. The basketball hoop wasn't working, and no one knew how to give us back the credit. Major lack of service. We had to take care of everything ourselves, including food, drinks, and even the cake. The pizza we received was cold, and we were unable to place additional order due to the system being down. In the end, they didn't honor the agreement with the manager and a mandatory tip was added to our bill. Given these experiences, it's unlikely we would return or recommend this venue to others. read more

Being new residents to Vegas, we found out a lot of places have locals discounts. I decided to call before bringing my son there to see if they offered a locals discount. The woman I spoke to said No but that I could buy a Groupon. I did just that and then drove in traffic and a bit a ways from us to get there. Once there they had a sign up saying they weren't accepting Groupons. I still have no idea why because it wasn't a holiday AND their employee literally just suggested I buy a Groupon. The person working had 0 sympathy when we were shocked we couldn't use our Groupon. It wouldn't be a big deal to pay regular price since we went through all the trouble getting there but we were so turned off by the rude employee and the horrid smell of soiled diapers that we decided it wasn't worth it. I went there 2 times last week in the morning with my granddaughter. She likes the climbing wall. First time they said they are short staff and the climbing wall can be used after 12pm. Second day they said they are short staff again and we can use the climbing wall after 2pm. The equipment for the shooting balls on the first floor of the facility was not working either. Let's make this straight and to the point. Here's the good: 1. My kids have so much fun every single time. 2. There's so much to do, even for adults. I enjoy being active with my children instead of just watching them. My favorite part is definitely the trampolines. 3. There is a toddler section for children 5 and younger. 4. You'll always find a discounted ticket on Groupon. You can find tickets ranging from $8-$12 depending on whether Groupon is having a promotion. So check there first before paying $15 at the door. 5. Forget your snack or drink? They sell chips, cookies, candy, soda, water etc. Now for the not so good: 1. It can get crowded depending on the time of day. So come early if you don't want to trampled by bigger kids. 2. This place definitely could use a deep clean, especially the restrooms. 3. There are a bunch of young people working here, so there is a very relaxed attitude. No enforcement of time limits or telling big kids to get out of the toddler section. Pro tips from this mom: 1. Get here earlier and on a weekday to avoid a lot of people and older kids. 2. Don't forget to pack your own grip socks so you aren't buying it at the door. 3. Bring a change of socks so your kids aren't putting the dirty grip socks back into their shoes. 4. Bring your own snacks and water. 5. Wash your hands before you leave. I recently came here with my son. We had a good time. Plenty to do with my son.. The staff at the door were great. Unfortunately, we never interacted with them again. There were a couple times we needed things and we had to search for staff.. The entire area was busy with a couple parties in and out. I didn't see anyone cleaning or disinfecting the play areas.. They do charge for the socks separate. They do have different sizes and colors to choose from. The staff are very helpful, and friendly. We got lucky that was not busy and the kids were able to have fun and enjoy all the area. They also have an area for to buy snack for the kids. read more
