Due to the fact that she is voted Morgan Hill number one professional trainer together combine with my knowledge of her being upbeat positive encouraging person (no idea what kind of trainer she was only knew her from the Real Estate industry), I decided to purchase a five session personal training package - solely based on the powerful reality of her being voted the #1 trainer!! The opening video on her website the night before I went to my first session, gave me a workout just sitting on the couch watching it - it was intense. No surprise - no regrets !! Stephanie is absolutely outstanding. She is strong she is knowledgeable. She has patience with people and she knows how to address and target whatever you need in the world of physical training. I guess I do have only one regret and that is not causing pies with Stephanie Salinas, owner of Sorry, not Sorry Fitness A LOT SOONER. Although Stephen looks like she's 35 years old she actually has 35 years of physical training under her belt . My vote is for Stephanie Salinas best trainer in the U.S.A.

For me, here are some of the benefits of working with Steph: - I don't have a lot of time, and she doesn't waste a second. She knows how to make the most of an hour, which I really appreciate. - She knows how to make personal training, well, personal. I have a few post-pregnancy issues with my body, but I still consider myself athletic. She takes all these things into account and still knows how to push me. - Steph keeps it interesting. I get bored fast with workouts, but never with Steph. She is constantly switching things up to keep it fun and to keep my muscles guessing. Motivation is usually the hardest part for me when it comes to working out, but I look forward to our workouts! So that's a definite bonus. If you are looking for a little extra push with your fitness goals and you have the opportunity to work with Steph, you should go for it!

    This gym is small but packed with equipment, which is definitely a plus. The problem is that for a…read moremajor chain gym located in a city as wealthy as Morgan Hill, this place feels extremely outdated and overdue for some serious upgrades. It's 2026 and members are still trying to awkwardly tilt water bottles under an old drinking fountain because there's no proper bottle filling station. Most of the treadmills are outdated, several screens just display static, and the stair climber that's been out of service looks like it's been sitting broken for close to a year. The bathrooms also badly need a facelift. To be fair, the gym does seem clean overall, and this review is absolutely not directed at the staff. They do a great job keeping the place as clean and organized as they can. This is more of a negative reflection on the company itself and the lack of investment into the facility. What's especially disappointing is that I've been to the Anytime Fitness in Oakhurst -- literally in the middle of nowhere -- and it's far more modern and up to date than this location. For a Bay Area gym, this place just doesn't come close to the standard you'd expect.

    2nd EDIT: I see…read morecustomer service has finally responded to my review. I call BS on the district manager trying to get a hold of me. I NEVER received a phone call. How were they trying to get a hold of me, smoke signals? Carrier pigeon? And I requested to change to a paid in full membership at least 2 weeks BEFORE the deal expired. DON'T TRY TO MAKE ME LOOK STUPID. YOU'RE COMPLETELY MISREPRESENTING THE SITUATION. The problem was with the pain in the ass way memberships at this gym work and the fact that I had to cancel my current membership via e-mail before signing up for the yearly membership. Unless Luke is a liar, he has to admit that I spoke to him MORE THAN ONCE about changing my membership BEFORE Black Friday. Nor did he ever iterate that it was a Black Friday special. I even called the Gilroy location to see about switching my membership over there and was told that I would have to cancel my membership at Morgan Hill first. The girl I spoke to said that she would speak to management and someone would call me back. Guess what? NO PHONE CALL. AGAIN I SAY, SCREW THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PREDATORY BUSINESS PRACTICES. It's obvious that Anytime Fitness could give 2 shits about customer service. Also, when I initially joined I thought I was signing up for a single month. Luke didn't tell me that it was a recurring $60 per month membership and that you have to cancel via e-mail. When I e-mailed to cancel I noticed that they still charged me for another month. When I called to ask them why they charged me when I had cancelled, I was told that there was a 30 day grace period on cancellation. What kind of crap is that? So if you sign up for a single month, they're going to get you for at least 2 months because you have to give them 30 days before they cancel your membership. And they need to change the hours listed on the door because Luke NEVER stays until 7pm like the hours say. The latest I've seen him stay is 6:30pm. In fact, today (Friday), he bailed out at 5:30!!! The hours need to say 9am - whenever the hell Luke feels like it. EDIT: So after calling the headquarters of the company that owns Anytime Fitness MULTIPLE times, (I spoke to at least 3 different people and told them my issue with getting screwed out of a membership deal), they basically told me to kick rocks. Most of the time when you call the 800 number no one even picks up the phone. But the few times I did actually get to speak to a person, I told them my situation and they said they would have a manager get back to me. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!!! It was on the 5th time that I called to get an answer that the woman I spoke to said that there was a note in the file that the special had expired and there was nothing they could do. So this company obviously doesn't give a shit about its customers. All Anytime Fitness wants to do is take your money. Screw this company! Interesting that when you scroll through the reviews, the owner only seems to respond to the positive ones. Further proof that this company has no idea what customer service means.

I would rate my overall experience 2 or 3 of 5 stars based on my experience with the policies and classes. Reason being is because I was in a REALLY bad car accident during the months of attending, and I communicated with management that I wouldn't be able to attend for about a month or so. As I was in the 3 month contract commitment, management did assure me that the classes would be just rolled over to the next following months as long as I keep communicating with them. (Which I did) Eventually when I would talk to the front desk to communicate with them, they would tell me "well there is only so many times we can ask to roll them over", which I was in shock because management told me otherwise. This did result me into losing 4 credits because I had asked someone at the front desk to roll over my classes and she said she left a "note" for management. Which she didn't and I had to ask 2 more times with other women at the front desk. Thankfully I was able to get my 4 credit classes back and everything was settled. However, when I decided to put in my 30 day cancelation form with the man at the front desk, I still had to pay one more month which was fine. But then I was still charged for the following month, which was passed my end date. As I no longer wanted to attend after my pre paid reimbursed classes, they refunded me the wrongly charged month but cancelled my pre paid classes. Thankfully Lisa, was able to get me back into my classes from before, and I am very grateful. Now to the instructors. I am a 5 year 6 months certified swim instructor, and I know the importance of an instructor. My experience may not be the same as everyone else's which is fine but here we go. BEST TWO: Suzy: Teaching style: firm, tough but it's an overall GREAT work out, uses almost every equipment. Every time I come in, I want the class to be over because of how much of a work out she puts us through. Her personality is a bit more firm, so it's something to get use to. Overall she's a 10/10 Allie: Teaching style: gentle and patient but still tough and with nice burn of of a work out. Uses a few half of the equipment but I loved loved her personality. I truly felt welcomed with her. It's such a shame she only works Sundays. She is also a 10/10 Different Instr: Elizabeth, teaching style moderate to gentle/ firm. Uses a few of the equipment. I liked her until I over heard her telling someone else, on September 16th, "Some people are clearly not here to progress, so you would have to let us know if you want us to watch you to get to the next class." This comment was loud enough for many of the women to hear and we all looked at each other, clearly thinking to ourselves "that comment was rude and unnecessary." I never booked with her again. Work out 7/10 - personality 6/10 As you can see everything was so much of a hassle which is why I am glad to leave.

I've been following Natasha on Instagram and decided to give it a shot! Now, I am not an athletic person and I love food! Natasha has helped me tweak my diet to where I am still eating great tasting food but cutting out the food that isn't so great. She also does the same with my exercise routines which is great because that is probably the hardest part for me personally. Her approach is very welcoming and encouraging for me to keep at it. She does regular check in with me and also finds creative ways for her clients to partner and support each other as well through boot camps and other types of varies events. Specifically, we did a Soul Cycle group event together which was AMAZING! So far, I've lost a little over 10 lbs and have been able to maintain it and I am enjoying the pace. I have another 10 lbs to go! I am also able to take the things I learn from Natasha and implement a healthier lifestyle for my family! My son has even started going to the gym on his own because he sees his momma trying! Natasha is a wonderful coach and I look forward to partnering with her more as I continue on my journey for a healthier lifestyle change.

I found Send Me A Pro - San Jose West…read morein 2021 when I had been struggling with chronic lower-back pain for three years from working long hours at the computer. With three kids and my own business, my schedule is nonstop, and I finally realized I needed a personal trainer to keep me accountable and help me prioritize my health. I'll admit I was feeling uneasy at first since I don't usually like having strangers in my home (even backyard). I also expected most trainers might be overly intense for my personality. What I really needed was calmness, flexibility, and understanding. I shared my concerns with Zane, and he matched me with TROY. Four years later, I am still training with Troy!! Troy is incredibly patient and thoughtful. He customizes every workout to my abilities and limitations. I went from back pain that could keep me in bed for weeks at a time to now having no major flare-ups for years. The pain is still there occasionally due to the disc bulging, but it's minimal and my quads are now strong enough that I can squat and lift properly. I could only do twice sessions a week - went from simple "good mornings" to heavier lifting, I definitely felt good within a few short weeks. On top of that, Troy has always worked around my "impossible" schedule. I've literally run into sessions straight from Zoom calls and then dashed out afterward to pick up kids. I often start our workouts stressed from work, and his calm demeanor and encouragement leave me feeling not only stronger, but mentally lighter. It feels like fitness and therapy combined Earlier this year I also fractured my knee. When it was only about 70% healed and still stiff, Troy built completely different programs that protected my knee while still helping me progress. He writes a new plan for me every single session!! In four years we have almost never repeated the same workout, so it's never boring. I'm now 47 and feel stronger than I did at 40. I started boxing with him also! I am truly grateful for both Zane and Troy, their professionalism, kindness, and genuine passion for helping people are very clear.
