I was active in sports in high school but that was it. I knew I needed help so I sought out personal training. I went twice a week for 30 minute sessions. I was seriously in the best shape I have ever been while being there. I was so much stronger and lost about 7% of my body fat after a few months. The man knows what he is doing. It is a motiviating & challenging workout regardless of your fitness level. The coaches do an awesome job of teaching challenging templates with tons of variations and modifications while still keeping it squarely high intensity interval training. Every workout is different and the coaches encourage you to push yourself. I will say we all have our favorite coaches. I find Michelle Skog to be incredibly inspirational and I often think to myself of her sayings when I find a challenge outside of the studio. Stacey is encouraging and always lets you know that she's seen that amazing personal best you've just acheived. Callie makes you think you can do it and finish regardless of where you start. I have been a member of Chuze Fitness and regularly visit the Grant & Craycroft location, where the employees are always polite, welcoming, and treat every member equally.  Unfortunately, my experience at the Tucson Mall location has been consistently disappointing due to the behavior of the front desk staff. When entering the gym, the employees at the front desk frequently ignore me. Recently, as I walked in, an employee standing near the entrance actively turned away to look at his phone instead of greeting me. Directly in front of me, staff actively acknowledged and said goodbye to another member, but completely ignored me as I entered and exited. This selective greeting creates an environment that feels unwelcoming and dismissive. Every paying member deserves to be treated with equal courtesy and basic respect, regardless of background or appearance. Chuze Fitness promotes a inclusive, community-focused environment, but the behavior at the Tucson Mall front desk does not reflect those standards. I hope management addresses front-desk professionalism with the team so all members receive equal, polite treatment upon entering.  Thank you for taking the time to read this feedback.
