The studio itself has a relaxing aesthetic vibe that feels welcoming. Classes are intimate and rejuvenating. The team are all so kind and genuinely have a passion for the work that they do. I always leave feeling relaxed and centered; the evening classes help me sleep like a rock after. So glad to be able to have this place as a part of my wellness routine!

This particular class focused on yoga for back pain, so the movements were very gentle and aimed at relieving tension and tightness in the back. I really enjoyed the class and found it helpful. The only downside for me was the air conditioning. I happened to be near a vent, and every time the AC kicked on, a strong blast of very cold air hit me directly. I felt chilly for most of the class, and the cold air dried out my nose and throat--especially during breathwork exercises--causing me to cough a few times.

I also love how many different types of classes they offer, including burlesque, pole dance, and aerial silks, so there's always something new to try. The space feels private and secure thanks to the curtains that cover the windows, which helped me focus without feeling watched. If you've been curious but nervous, this is the place to start but they also have advanced classes. Brittany is fantastic and the energy is welcoming from the moment you walk in.

She pushes them appropriately and has them work through the hard stuff. With time, my girls became stronger and more skilled at aerial arts. They have amazing core strength now. Mrs. Auburn hosts recitals in fall, winter, spring, and summer for students to showcase their hard work. She also provides things like summer conditioning workshops, adult and kid wellness and self care programs, adult workout classes and more. This studio is a true gem of a place. Auburn has created a beautiful community. Classes fill up so make sure to call in advance.

It's a clean, quiet studio, and Helene was very warm and welcoming. I did come with a group of friends, so I think I was less nervous than I would be if I were to come by myself. The instructor came late, but immediately started the class and went into doing the routine. She was a really good instructor, and went over all the moves numerous times before moving on to the next set. I had a lot of fun, despite feeling old from being surrounded by teenagers. The facility itself is a bit run down. Bathroom had no toilet paper, seat covers, paper towels, soap... nothing. I told the instructor and she went into her own car to get some Kleenex for me.. =(

Since it was my first time at the studio, I came early. There was plenty of parking in the plaza. Upon entering, the studio had a lot of plants. They also had a great tea selection in front. I checked-in with my instructor Tina and she gave me a quick tour of the studio. We went to the aerial silks to pick one that was the height for me. I also recommend coming early so the instructor can adjust your silk to the height you need. Tina had an amazing south bath set up, more equipment than other studios I have been to. She has a peaceful and intuitive energy about her. I am familiar with silks so I didn't need directions to get in, but I heard her give really helpful instructions to the students who were first timers to aerial. When it was class time, we all got into the silks in a cocoon pose. Tina mentioned students usually like to be on their backs or their sides. I normally lay on my back but that intrigued me so I also tried laying on my side during class to experience the difference. The sound bath was so soothing, I emerged from my cocoon a beautiful relaxed butterfly. There were definitely students who dozed off and fell asleep passed the end of class. A great restorative class led by a great instructor. I would love to come back to this studio when my schedule permits for more classes with Tina. Until next time!

I love…read morehow intimate the classes are (8-10 people max), and you get the individual attention you need as a beginner. The studio itself is very cute and boutique, Asian woman-owned, and definitely has that sense of community. The instructors get to know you and learn your name. They always have such interesting classes and workshops going on - I really want to check out one of their soundbaths soon! Highly recommend this yoga studio!

Then I called couple more times over the next few hours. No answer. And no callbacks. - Only 2 private restrooms near the entrance (no multi-stall restrooms). - The cafe by the pb crts closes early. The tourney ran into the evening. As you can imagine, plenty contestants and spectators grew hungry and thirsty. + Nice selection of healthy snacks and drinks though. - No weather shelter over the pb courts. Rain caused some hindrance.
