Looking back, I am so grateful our paths crossed again. For many years, I have dealt with physical challenges, including scoliosis, a straight spine condition, hip rotation issues, and poor posture habits that developed over time. After trying different approaches such as acupuncture and physical therapy, I realized that improving my overall well-being would require a deeper understanding of my own body. That journey eventually led me to Pilates and back to Instructor Betty. What makes Instructor Betty truly exceptional is her patience, knowledge, and genuine dedication to her students. She does not simply tell me what to do. She takes the time to explain why I am doing each movement and how it relates to my body's unique needs. I ask a lot of questions, and she always takes the time to answer them thoroughly. Through her guidance, I have gained a much deeper understanding of posture, breathing, alignment, movement patterns, and overall body awareness. I especially appreciate that Instructor Betty recognizes that every body is different. Rather than using a one size fits all approach, she carefully adjusts the exercises to address my specific imbalances and challenges. Her attention to detail and personalized guidance have helped me become more aware of how I move, stand, breathe, and carry myself throughout the day. That does not mean he tolerates slackers . . . he urges you to safely push to your personal best effort . . . he gently corrects you if your form could use improvement. The result: all attendees gets great personal benefit, regardless of the level of the class and regardless of the ability of the student. At the end of each class, you feel the physical and mental improvements. David's firm but gentle encouragement is the reason I like to attend this studio. I typically go once or twice a week, it's all the exercise I realistically get nowadays and yet I've actually gotten noticeably better cardio and strength. If you're on the fence about it I'd say give it a try. The classes are honestly hard but you can take it at your own pace, and it only gets easier. One thing I love is that there's a sense of teamwork even if you're doing your own workouts. It makes me work harder seeing other people try hard. Overall definitely worth it

The first thing I noticed was how friendly both the staff and other exercisers were. The next thing I noticed was that the music was super fun (think 90s-early 2000s hits). Finally, I realized F45 was the best for me because there's so much variety and constant movement, I don't have a chance to get bored! I only have one day per week I can consistently commit to exercise, and the program/equipment is different each time. Shout out to Vickey and Berry, who are very encouraging and energetic. She always gave a 3-5 second heads-up on what she was about to do, let alone always proactively explained the benefits without teaching a lesson. Her questions were non-confrontational, & her comments and replies were not judge-y. The first few classes really humbled me, but that's probably why I kept coming back. I love how the slow, controlled movements challenge you in a completely different way. The instructors here are so so supportive, always offer modifications and progressions, and allow us to adjust the workout based on how we're feeling that day. My schedule mostly allows me to take Stephanie's and Serena's classes, and they are seriously the kindest, most encouraging instructors I've had. They know exactly how to push you without making you feel intimidated. Thirty classes later, I feel so much stronger and actually look forward to the challenging classes!

My body was shaking after 10 minutes! Check-in was easy. You do need grip socks. If you don't have those they sell them for $20. They also have lockers to put your belongings in. You can bring your water bottle and cell phone with you in the room. The class was intense and well-structured. The Pilates room has a modern feel to it with the clay-like style walls. I saw a few clay pottery vases displayed as well. I liked the use of warm lights against the walls and the warm pink hue in the middle of it. Before class began, the instructor explained what the reformer was and how to use it properly. During the workout, she demonstrated the exercises clearly and assisted those who needed a bit of help. It was challenging and fun. The music was playing at a comfortable level and the choice of songs pumped me up to keep going. I would recommend this place and try it again. It was a great first experience!

I came in off an arm injury and Rachel has taken great care to make sure the injury is properly accommodated. She has been incredibly supportive and is so knowledgeable in her practice.
