What a sigh of relief! Great customer service with a construction company? Such is unheard of! A little back story: I had a few problems in my house since before Covid, and unfortunately the HOA of my community would not take care of them! Had an urgent situation today where the smart light switch in our baby daughter's room started smelling burnt. I reached out to Fitch Electric and Josh responded quickly. They sent Martin out within a couple hours, which was great because most of the other electricians said they weren't available until the next day, and this seemed like a safety concern. Martin came with the replacement already and switched out the old unit. We found the old unit seems to have burned up internally as the unit itself is was smelled, not related to any of the wiring. Haven't written a review for a while, but had a great experience! Was able to get a quick appointment thanks to Lucas and Josh coordinating the project. The person that came and installed a Tesla Charger, installed a ceiling fan, fixed a wiring issue we had for our patio lights, and fixed a gfci outlet issue we had was Junior! My "small job" didn't prevent them from providing me with BIG service. I needed a new outlet installed above water heater in garage, which required a very long cord from breaker box into attic crawl space and across the width of garage. First, I had a tight deadline, and Fitch's owner, Lucas, responded to my desperate call via text while he was driving on vacation in Portland OR. He set up my appointment for the following week, and a young electrician named Cole arrived, on time and ready for the challenge. For his age, he was a good communicator with a professional attitude and a polite demeanor. In less than 2 hours the job was finished. He told me what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. That's good customer service; being up-front and explanatory to the customer. Afterwards, he offered to vacuum the drywall dust and debris from the install.
