Eric was our technician and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and make the repair. The diagnoses was a little tricky but I could tell Eric was an experienced electrician and knew how to assess different things to identify the issue correctly. Fitch Electric is awesome. I had an issue installing a bathroom fan. Switch kept shorting the circuit and I had to turn the power off on the whole circuit. It was 10pm so that meant our front lights were off too. I put in the request in Yelp and Fitch responded at 10:30pm and said someone could come the next day. An electrician came and fixed the problem in less than an hour and gave me tips for the future. Very seamless, frictionless experience that made the issue less of a headache. We had a handful of small annoying electrical issues that needed to be addressed. A few hours of various one-time fixes were required. Lucas and Scott were great and scheduled Martin to do the job. They were all accommodating and helpful. Martin even forgave me for a classic electric faux pas of mine, check the plug first! Despite my air headedness he smiled throughout the job. They even scheduled a detour to get a kitchen light fixture installed for us before Thanksgiving. I worked with Fitch Electric to install a backup generator that could power our house in the event of a power shutoff (which unfortunately, seems to be our reality these days where I live).
