Literally shocked at the great reviews. The meals tasted so so bad to me! The chicken pad Thai was artificial/fake tasting and too sweet. Threw it away. The pepper and sausage meal was too wet/greasy. The cauliflower mash was just horrible tasting, never had cauliflower mash I didn't like until this meal. Never eating this meal again. I have tried a good amount of meals from here so I can't review them all. Some of my favorites have been pork chop with apple, bok choy, shaved brussel sprouts, risotto, and coconut pancakes. I chose this meal plan because it is locally made & I like that it is week-to-week instead of paying per month. This was my first time trying out a meal plan and it has been an overall positive experience. I don't get it every week because of cost, but it is a helpful supplement for certain weeks when I cannot cook. Good taste & options- They have creative options. The food is not perfect but overall good. Most of the meals have been satisfying. Sometimes there is something in the meal that I don't like, but it is rare that I dislike the whole meal. Price/value- It can be expensive, but I don't think it is any more expensive than other meal plans. Easy to order- It is very easy to order and skip weeks. Picking up the food is also easy with many locations, there is one very close to my house. read more

I researched a good clean fresh meal prep place for a recent project a few weeks before I got to Tampa for a work project. I was referred to this place by a lady on a Facebook group who said she was really happy with them and was a current customer. Heading over to Yelp it was clear to see this place was a no brainer. Their food is delicious. Have not had a single meal I did not love. Their protein donuts are great, too. Another plus is their boxes have FULL NUTRITION INFO AND HAVE A MYFITNESSPAL BARCODE! What else could you ask for? Their extra protein offerings have a true "double" protein quantity, other places have given as little as 30% extra, so it's nice to get a true double portion. Price point is what you'd expect for meal prep of this caliber right around $10 per meal which is ***well**worth it. I will be using Rebuilt meals whenever I am in the Tampa area. My husband and I have been getting the Sports Performance menu delivered twice a week, two meals a day for about a month now and we're really pleased! The food is always fresh, the delivery is always waiting for us in the morning on delivery day and the price is really reasonable. My husband and I each use it for lunch daily and it's been a great way to not only eat fresh and good, but portion control. There are a few times where we really haven't been huge fans of a specific meal, but that's definitely few and far between. The food is very obviously fresh, the variety is great, and it saves us so much time and keeps us on a healthy eating track. They also rotate really popular Meals back in so if there is one you really liked, you should see it again at some point. The protein donuts are a nice treat as well! read more

I've tried a lot of meal services and this one is best by far. They are consistent with their deliveries and customer service is on point. I like how they focus on just 6 meals a week and they do them well instead of every single meal being different and just mediocre. They are perfect to bring to lunch for work. I put the dinners on a real plate at night and they feel like a home cooked meal. I've been getting the breakfasts as well which are really good usually just add a couple boiled eggs for more protein in AM. As a weightlifter who has to make a daily protein quota, I was absolutely sick of meal prepping and eating the same bloody thing for lunch every day (or worse- drinking a protein shake meal replacement). As such, I signed-up for Rebuilt and waited two weeks to write this review to make sure everything went well. On that note... First of all, the customer service is beyond reproach. I worked with Jake and he called me and explained how ReBuilt works. I chose my meals from a huge variety and they arrived to my house on Tuesday. There are so many great things to say about these meals: one is that they come with a barcode which you can scan for MyFitnessPal. Another is that you can choose meals from all of the other plans- so though I normally use keto, there are other options as well for great variety. I have to say that I am absolutely astounded by how incredibly good these are! I have had ten thus far and every last one was just delicious! At last I can make my macros and have a fresh, delectable lunch at work without being bothered by hours of weighing and preparing food for the week. Now they do recommend that you don't freeze these meals, but since I don't get them until Tuesday afternoon, I have to freeze two of them for the following week. I thaw them in the fridge the night before I use them and they come out perfectly. I can't say enough good things about ReBuilt. Normally I have a suggestion for improvement or add something that could have been better, but ReBuilt is PERFECTION!!! read more

I'm a pretty healthy eater with the occasional bag of gummy bears to trip me to up. I am pretty new to prepared food services. I always feel they might the equivalent of Panera: sounds healthy, but there's the chance that a load of salt is used to preserve and/or add flavor. Rebuilt really has changed my knowledge and opinion of prepared foods. You'd never know they are sneaking in chickpeas (which I thought I HATED) into your foods when the foods are so well balanced in flavor and texture. I feel that their name really reflects their attitudes towards food: stripping down the "classic" ingredients to rebuilt it from the ground up, using alternative ingredients at every stage possible to make it more nutritious and flavorful interpretation. Love them. And save space for their chickpeas, vegan, gluten free chocolate chips. I would gladly trade them for Ruffles, and like Ruffles, you can't have just one. I dare you to try. read more
