I'm not sure what's going on here but they hired a bunch of young kids who can careless about customer service or making sure the place at least has seat covers/napkins/soap. I've asked many times for paper towels and seat covers and they just say oh there is none or hand me some from the front desk. Every time I walk in there is a bunch of them sitting down having conversations and on their phone or eating. As a professional establishment you shouldn't be doing such. I've also seen they only scan people's cards if they don't know you. Other wise their friends can walk right in. Management needs to fix this asap. read more

Nasreen ( front desk receptionist) has been late 3 mornings in a row recently, but we have had the same problem in the past with her. The gym opens up at 4:30am however she gets to the gym 5-10 minutes late. There have been multiple people waiting on her to open the gym, but she seems to not honor the time it's supposed to be open. There are jobs that we need to be at and if it says 4:30am then she should respect that time for everyone else who is waiting in the parking lot for the doors to open. read more

I started working out here about a year ago. They have some amazing Zumba instructors. I have to say that I have to give credit where credit is due; I have had an especially amazing experience with Shari. I have done morning & night classes with her. she is a phenomenal instructor. She is extremely friendly! Always upbeat & positive. She genuinely cares about her students. I've gone to this gym for years. For the amount I've paid over time it doesn't seem like much of it has gone into the actual maintenance of the building. The bathrooms are not consistently up kept and the exercise machines are not repaired in a timely manner. Expect maintenance signs to be up for months. In regard to my gym membership, I thought my tier allowed me to bring guests. In the past I've never dealt with issues but one day the store manager stopped me & my guest abruptly to say they can't come in with me. If I need to upgrade my membership I can do so but that is not the main problem, as it was more so about how the manager communicated to me. He was very callous and aggressive. He stood there & made sure we walked out without explaining that my guest could have signed up for a 5 day free pass (which I later found out though the website). If you're going to manage the store expect to know how to properly deal with the loyal customers who pay to be there. read more

Was planning on taking a break from 24 Hour Fitness, but this place just has too many compromises. From the start, the guy that signed us up got the address wrong during sign up, said my barcode key fob would t work until they changed it and didn't even give a tour of the place. I just have to say the customer was great upon signing up. I called and asked about the Premier level and the young gentleman on the phone was happy to go over the pricing and benefits. We went over my options and because I am part of Active and Fit Direct, I am still able to visit other locations so, it didn't make sense for me to pay and additional $25 a month. As for the gym itself, I have to say it was nice and cool the day I decided to work out. There was a gentleman walking around constantly cleaning each machine. I get it guys; the space is extremely limited and you want as many people to work out in such a limited space but the machines are wayy too close to each other. There are some cons to this gym.... The music is too loud, basic membership can't take classes, no showers and not enough sanitizing stations. Its in a great location; Starbucks, Clarks Nutrition, (Kinda like Sprouts) Fo-Yo (Frozen yogurt), Taiwanese food and a pizza spot. read more

Update, just so I can respond to the managers review the only reason I was being "rude" to him was purely out of frustration based on the fact that I had called about 3 times before this situation and had asked to speak to the manager repeatedly but apparently he was busy everytime and when i asked when he would be avaliable they would tell me that he would leave when hes finished but I can try calling the next time he comes in. So yes I got fed up and started raising my tone and then after that I was finally transfered to ERIC who then hung up on me. As a manager your job is to deescalate situations like this and we would never have been in this situation in the first place if you actually did your job and filled out my cancellation form for my membership. read more

We started going to this gym after the Crunch we were going to closed. Its scaring starting out at a new gym. You don't know anybody and you aren't familiar with any of the new equipment. What a wonderful surprise when we walked in to your gym for the first time. The young lady at the desk welcomed us with a smile and a good morning. So we thought it was because we were new, but nope - she (I think her name is Naf or Nas) she continues to welcome everyone this way. She has a smile and a welcome that makes your workout a little more pleasant and joyful. Too bad every business doesn't have a first impression person like her. I sent a termination request 3 months ago, went to check my statements and not only am I still being charged but my original agreement went from $10/month to $15. I decided at this point I'll probably keep my membership but called to ask why the pricing went up. The man who answered the phone off the bat already had an attitude in his tone when I'm simply asking about a billing statement. He then says that the pricing goes up annually if I do not "lock in" my account, he says I can still do so if I'd like. But that's an addition $45 to do so. I ask why there's no email notification or call notification about this price increase/or needing to "lock in" my acct. He then says "we do not do anything like that, we don't send emails out." I then bring up how I attempted to cancel my membership through their site, and he says "yeah I don't know what site you were on but we only terminate memberships in person". On their website why do they make it easy for you to join their gym but make it nearly impossible to leave. Absolutely rude staff that do not want to help and just want to leech as much money as possible off of you. And then I read a review below from another member having a similar issue and fitness 19 replies to them stating "We have no record of your termination request", this just contradicts what the worker told me how they 'only terminate contracts in person and how they don't do that online' When I attempted to cancel through their site it said clearly in bold print of their site "Termination request received" Give me a forced cancellation too like the other reviewer PLEASE for the love of God read more

I was trying to give this place a shot but I was honestly baffled at how the management (I think their names were Danny and Al from what I remember) let go of one of their front desk employees ON HIS FIRST DAY FOR WEARING A SWEATSHIRT. I overheard everything during my workout and was floored. First of all it was like 50 degrees today (how are you going to be mad at someone for wearing a sweatshirt) and second, it was the dudes first day. I like the gym, but lately I've been noticing one personal trainer that constantly goes up to girls and will talk to them for so long that they can't even do their own workout. He gets up in their space and the girls look uncomfortable, and even when they try getting away, he'll follow them (clearly not getting the hint). I don't know if this is some sort of tactic he uses to get client for his personal training but he needs to find a better way instead of making girls uncomfortable and taking time away from their workout. read more

Seemed to be a good gym but it's unfortunate they don't have any communication or empathy. A simple paper with the information regarding the chino crunch transfer would've been enough. Wish this gym nothing but the best, but on my side I was finally getting my dad to work out and just about to convince him to get his own membership. It got worse. Machines still down for months. Spray bottle holders missing, which means bottles are hung in trash cans or stockpiled at the front desk. Was told by the previous manager when my membership expires, I would need to notify them 30 DAYS before it expires to prevent extra charge. Tried notifying the gym via email and in-person that I will not be renewing my membership. The current manager then told me I cannot give them advance notice and that I will need to come in to cancel the day my membership ends or else I would be charge the $99 cancellation fee if I cancel before my membership ends. Fast forward to my last day of my membership, I go in to cancel and the worker then told me I was supposed to notify them a 30 days prior to prevent being charged an extra month which caught me off guard since I was told by the manager the complete opposite. Funny how the current manager was shading the previous manager for not understanding contracts, yet it seems he doesn't understand them either.... I like this little gym here. It's $30 a month for the premium membership, and I think there is a $16 basic membership as well. This gym has all of the basic equipment you need: Treadmills, Bikes, StairMasters, and all of various weight machines. They also have free weights. They have classes in a small side room that fits roughly 20 people where Zumba Monday through Friday from 6:30pm to 7:30pm, among other classes. My wife and I got a membership here to lose some weight, and it's pretty convenient for us since we live only a few minutes away. It does get busy at night, but there are always open machines to use. read more

Decided to sign up online a few days ago... Thinking, they would be checking temps and LIMITING the amount of people allowed in at a time.. BOY was I wrong. It was about 730 on Tuesday night and first when I walked in No temp check. There were about 50-75 people inside already , and no employees on the floor instead they all sat behind the desk in the front. MULTIPLE People had their masks pulled down, watched a few people barely wipe machines when they were finished. I honestly am extremely disappointed. I have been vaccinated so my risk is on the lower end, but I'm still very apprehensive about returning. I am shocked by what I experienced. I couldn't even take a sip of water because I was really worried about the amount of people that decided to wear their masks only around their chins. I hope this gym can find a way to figure out how to make this a safer environment. I hope they enforce the mask rule. And do better at limiting how many people can come in. If you have any conditions which put you at a heightened risk for the virus DO NOT COME TO THIS GYM RIGHT NOW. Please wait. At least a few more months or until you have been vaccinated BOTH shots. The owners of this facility should be truly ashamed this is not okay. read more
