But this is not a gym; it is a training facility where you work with trainers to tackle your physical goals. Next, this is about my trainer, Kevin Abandy. Kevin has been my trainer for exactly 8 weeks now and he is awesome! I made the decision to get a trainer after my birthday to truly invest in myself. You can invest in your own skills and education, but the return is almost always indirect. But with a trainer, specifically Kevin, I gained 8 lbs of muscle mass and lost 8% body fat (approx. 13-lbs of fat) after 8 weeks of training with him. Also, at the start of my training, I had back pain (from past injury to T12) and knee pains (from under the kneecap). Through Kevin's program and coaching, my pain has been reduced to near 0 with full mobility -- like squatting all the way down and up with 200-lbs of weight on my shoulders with no knee pain. I would give a 1-star review to keep it from getting crowded, but it would be hard for me to not tell others about the good that comes out of this place. My mom is 70 and she's training with Kevin too! And the story is the same for her... knee pains - GONE. Back pains - GONE. We talked and I learned that it was less about the weight and more about body composition and fat/muscle percentages. Due to my work schedule we were able to meet twice a week for an hour a session. Mia adds good variety to our workouts and I definitively know that I push myself more during our sessions that I normally would have if I were doing the workouts by myself. She also places an emphasis on nutrition and offers advice on what to eat and what to stay away from. The last couple of years my diet has gotten progressively worse, and she's been a great help in getting me back on track. It's small group training, which keeps the energy up because everyone's working at the same time. He'll keep you accountable and make sure you finish your sets and there's a decent chance you'll leave with a random nickname you didn't ask for but it does keep things entertaining. In my first month I've already seen measurable changes in strength and body composition, so it's been interesting to see the progress show up pretty quickly. Sessions can be busier during certain days and times, typically running 60-90 minutes, with multiple clients training simultaneously. Despite this, you receive excellent value for the cost. The pricing includes gym access, which is a great benefit. Kacy maintains a professional environment while keeping sessions engaging, motivating, and appropriately challenging. It's important to note that this is primarily a group training format. While Kacy provides guidance and instruction, he is not overseeing every single repetition. For those who are completely new to lifting, discussing one-on-one sessions would be beneficial. Overall, we highly recommend Kacy. One of the things I loved most was the atmosphere--it's an all-women's studio, which made it feel comfortable, supportive, and never overcrowded or overwhelming. All of the trainers are amazing--encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. I especially appreciated how welcoming everyone was, no matter your fitness level. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to renew my membership due to what I initially thought was a minor walking injury I experienced in June. After an X-ray, my doctor said everything looked fine, so I continued working out at Peach Body with modified exercises. Toward the end of my membership, I even transitioned into personal training sessions with Cheli, which helped me tremendously. I had every intention of rejoining after my six-month membership, but I had a trip to Spain planned. When I returned, my knee still wasn't improving. I ended up seeing a new doctor and, after an MRI in January, found out I had a torn meniscus. Fast forward to February, I underwent meniscus arthroscopy surgery. I'm currently on the road to recovery (still in a full leg brace), but I'm hopeful and looking forward to rejoining Peach Body Studio in a few months once I'm fully healed. Unfortunately, we were only able to use the passes twice. When I originally asked the girls working at the front desk about the schedule, I was told that the park would be open Monday through Friday through the end of August. Based on that information, I felt comfortable purchasing the season passes because I knew my other kids would be coming back from vacation and we would have plenty of opportunities to use them. That ended up not being the case. The park was closed multiple times for private events, and then the schedule changed. I eventually called to check whether they were open and got a voicemail saying that they would now only be open on weekends until Labor Day. I emailed the park because I was disappointed and explained the situation. Unfortunately, I didn't feel like they were very helpful. I was basically told that the calendar had been posted since the beginning of summer and that it was my responsibility to check it. The problem is, I didn't even know there was a calendar to check. I was given information directly by the employees at the front desk that the park would be open Monday through Friday through the end of August. If someone had told me, "Our schedule can change, so please check our online calendar before purchasing," I absolutely would have done that. In fact, if I had known the actual schedule, I probably wouldn't have purchased the season passes in the first place. Because of the closures, private events, and schedule changes, I was only able to use my pass twice and couldn't use it when my other kids returned from vacation, which was the whole reason I purchased the passes. I think it's a cute little water park and could be a fun option for younger kids, especially if you're looking for something smaller than the big water parks. But unfortunately, the way this was handled left a really bad taste in my mouth. I completely understand that schedules can change and private events happen. What I don't think is fair is telling customers one thing when they're purchasing passes and then essentially telling them afterward that they should have known to check a calendar they weren't aware existed. I'm sure three season passes aren't going to make or break the business, but as a customer, I definitely feel like I got screwed over for simply trusting the information I was given by the employees.

But we spent alittle over $300 there on everything! There is a $35 or $45 entrance fee depending on when you come. It's just to come inside the lagoon. If you want the obstacle course it's an additional $10 per person for 55 mins (super short). If you want to kayak, use the aqua bike or use the paddleboard it's an additional $10 per equipment/item. There is a kiddie area for small and young children. They DO NOT allow outside food or drinks except water! There is a small shop that sells misc. items, snacks & drinks (overpriced). They also had a foodtruck inside that was expensive and the meals didn't come with drinks. They do have plenty of staff and lifeguards there. The entrance fee should of been $15-20. The obstacle course atleast 90-120 mins instead of the 55 mins. Wish the foodtruck came with drinks and was a bigger portion.

I've been doing Mark's bootcamp for a while now, and it's honestly been one of the best decisions I've made. Mark does a great job of pushing you while making sure you're doing things the right way. But this is not a gym; it is a training facility where you work with trainers to tackle your physical goals. Next, this is about my trainer, Kevin Abandy. Kevin has been my trainer for exactly 8 weeks now and he is awesome! I made the decision to get a trainer after my birthday to truly invest in myself. You can invest in your own skills and education, but the return is almost always indirect. But with a trainer, specifically Kevin, I gained 8 lbs of muscle mass and lost 8% body fat (approx. 13-lbs of fat) after 8 weeks of training with him. Also, at the start of my training, I had back pain (from past injury to T12) and knee pains (from under the kneecap). Through Kevin's program and coaching, my pain has been reduced to near 0 with full mobility -- like squatting all the way down and up with 200-lbs of weight on my shoulders with no knee pain. I would give a 1-star review to keep it from getting crowded, but it would be hard for me to not tell others about the good that comes out of this place. My mom is 70 and she's training with Kevin too! And the story is the same for her... knee pains - GONE. Back pains - GONE. I've been working with Mia for almost 6 months now and have dropped about 5% in body fat and gained 7% in muscle mass. I would have never considered myself "overweight" but knew I needed to lose a few pounds. I've tried the traditional membership gyms but always found that I would lose interest or motivation. When I started inquiring about personal trainers, Mia was very prompt at answering. During our consultation I did a body fat scan and was shocked to find out that I was nearly 25%. We talked and I learned that it was less about the weight and more about body composition and fat/muscle percentages. Due to my work schedule we were able to meet twice a week for an hour a session. Mia adds good variety to our workouts and I definitively know that I push myself more during our sessions that I normally would have if I were doing the workouts by myself. She also places an emphasis on nutrition and offers advice on what to eat and what to stay away from. The last couple of years my diet has gotten progressively worse, and she's been a great help in getting me back on track. I've noticed that I've started making much healthier choices in the foods I eat. still have a ways to go but would highly recommend Mia for helping you get you to your goals!

After I left, I received a phone call that felt more focused on explaining why the situation was my fault than resolving the miscommunication. This gym may be a good fit for others, but based on this experience, it was not the right fit for me.

One of the things I loved most was the atmosphere--it's an all-women's studio, which made it feel comfortable, supportive, and never overcrowded or overwhelming. All of the trainers are amazing--encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed. I especially appreciated how welcoming everyone was, no matter your fitness level. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to renew my membership due to what I initially thought was a minor walking injury I experienced in June. After an X-ray, my doctor said everything looked fine, so I continued working out at Peach Body with modified exercises. Toward the end of my membership, I even transitioned into personal training sessions with Cheli, which helped me tremendously. I had every intention of rejoining after my six-month membership, but I had a trip to Spain planned. When I returned, my knee still wasn't improving. I ended up seeing a new doctor and, after an MRI in January, found out I had a torn meniscus. Fast forward to February, I underwent meniscus arthroscopy surgery. I'm currently on the road to recovery (still in a full leg brace), but I'm hopeful and looking forward to rejoining Peach Body Studio in a few months once I'm fully healed. Overall, I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a supportive, empowering environment with fantastic trainers!
