Was a long time member of LA fitness before the pandemic, so decided to try this place since they were the only gym open. I don't usually write reviews but workout experience has been awesome here . Got a couple buddies that joined shortly after and still going strong as well Great variety of machines, spaced out & outside workout area available as well during this whole pandemic. Staff is always very welcoming & helpful when I have any questions. Now that everything's reopening I'm not planning to switch back. A well structured gym that has everything you need. A long rack of free weights ranging from 10lbs - 120lbs dumbbells. Benches, squat/power clean/ deadlift racks, & a smith machine. Multi station level adjusting racks for all types of rows or pull downs as well as pull up bars. Isolation machines too. Plenty of cardio equipment & four Stair masters. Not an inch of gym space is wasted. This gym also has two training areas, one of which has TRX bands, a variety of kettlebell sets, yoga balls, and studio that are open to ALL members. On top of that, friendly staff that is constantly maintaining the gym clean and in order. Extremely helpful when the staff and management are all on the same page. They're there to help. Can't say anything negative about this place. Would highly recommend to all, especially to those new to working out. read more

I decided to get a membership at Fitness 19 because it was the closest gym that looked nice, had a large parking lot, and was affordable. I like that they have a lot of treadmills, however, they only have 2 squat/deadlift racks (one inside, one outside) and they are always being used when I want to use them. Overall, the gym is clean and has a good variety of machines, but it would be better if they expanded to cater to the many customers they have. read more

Too many hs kids coming in groups with their tripods hogging machines. They take 5+ minutes in between sets, it's kinda annoying. Other than that, the gym is always clean read more

Fitness 19: Personal Trainer Anthony - As I write this comment about Anthony , I harbor very mixed feelings about finishing up my personal training with him. He helped me in a multiplicity of ways, not the least of which was to lose some significant weight in 2 months! He didn't just train my body, but he taught and encouraged me about nutrition and portion control, not to mention resistance training, stretching and massaging. With him I got way more than I hoped for in a trainer! He encouraged me on those few "down" days that I had but I went anyway. Anthony is very intelligent, empathetic and knowledgeable about what he does as a personal trainer. He's not only an exemplary trainer, he is a superb teacher. His work ethic, patience, integrity and creativity are unparalleled. He is well organized and clear in his instruction. That's what makes training with him so exciting and personally rewarding. I will miss all of that. Every time we met he would invariably ask me how I felt. If I had a problem with any part of my body, e.g. lower back pain, knee problems, he would creatively teach me exercises that addressed that particular issue. Started coming to Fitness 19 in January I walked in and paid off the entire year. Why? Well, I'm my mind I was like I have saved up a good sum of money and I will invest that money into my health. So I got the premium package which includes all the amenities. One thing I will say is this gym is not the biggest but it has everything you need to get a great workout. I love the hydro massage bed after a workout feels great. I love the environment, trainers and it's not too packed at night since I usually train at night. Such a quite and chill gym. A bit on the smaller size compared to other outdoor fitness 19 locations but perfect to for getting a work out in and get out. Also the hydro massage chairs are a new fave. Shout-out to Isabella she is new but totally amazing. The staff here is very friendly. read more

Overall, a good gym with a decent price. I have the most basic membership which is 10$ a month with an annual fee. The gym price is only costly in the beginning when you have to pay the first month and last month membership fee. I would highly recommended getting the pass when they have some type of discount going on. Usually around New Years or summer. It's a good gym to get a basic work out, for heavy lifting or cardio. However, it lacks premium stuff like a sauna or a pool. Overall, if you're the type that needs guidance at the gym or is motivated by working out with other people I would not recommend this gym unless you plan on spending more for group classes or personal training sessions. read more

This is a great gym overall! Nice equipment, the space is well kept. I've been attending it since 2017. I would highly recommend BUT I find that there are many kids that go to "workout" but have absolutely no gym etiquette. Take up space, hog machinery in groups not allowing others to use it. My trainer is Jaime and he has been training me for 6 months now. I've lost 35 pounds and has made going to the gym enjoyable.
