Seeing everyone lifting heavy was intimidating at first, I never thought I would be able to be at that level. I started not being able to lift much. If you want an actual conditioning and strength program and not a waste of money this is the place. Bad knees and all I've never felt stronger and there safety protocol for these times is top notch. The trainers work with your capabilities but teach you how to train correctly to avoid injury as well as the other gym members are encouraging and Motivating when you need that last sled push. Jesus Guillen is one of the finest trainers I've ever worked with. He works with world class athletes and brings the same type of mentality working with his gen pop clients. This man made me bigger, stronger and faster. He pushed me to another level competitively to where I now am always signed up for some kind of competition, whether it's CrossFit or a Spartan Race. Most importantly, I credit him with changing my mindset. I wasn't in a great place when I first started with him, and now I am. He's not a CF trainer, but if you're into CF then he will definitely get you ready competitively. He likes baseball and boxing, and if he sees you putting in the extra work, the extra sweat, and sometimes the extra blood (usually coming from learning double unders) then he will take you under his wing.
