I just completed my first 6 week challenge!! I lost a total of 21.8 pounds !! I am sooo happy to see and feel the difference in my body..The classes were awesome and the staff is always Soo motivating !! I was able to challenge myself during these first six weeks & push myself to complete the workouts !! I really appreciate all the amazing staff that helped me shed 21 pounds. Time to start my second 6 week challenge and really go beast!! 20 more pounds !! Letssss gooo !

Update!!!!!!!! I just finished my second challenge and I conquered my goal. I have lost more than 40 pounds in 3 months. This challenge is not easy. The workouts are hard and the diet is harder. But you will get results. There is not easy way to lose weight. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication. I am happy with my results and how much I have achieved. I wasn't able to do a burpee before all this or a plank. I wasn't physical at all before this challenge. Follow the instructions and you will be able to do the challenge. Also, you will definitely need to workout more than 30 times in the 6 weeks to see progress. I have met some great people on the challenge. Everyone is friendly and encouraging at the Bell location. ........................ I just did my weigh-in and I lost 23 pounds in 6 weeks!!!! I did it!!! And it was really hard!!!! I'm not going to lie!!! But I wouldn't have lost the weight without the camp. The camp motivated me to get my butt in gear and accomplish the hell out of this challenge. The trainers here are great and will definitely give you a workout. I was dripping sweat after every workout!!!! The trainers know how to get you to drop the pounds. I did have to add cardio to my workout routine because I was dropping inches but not pounds quickly. You may have to do more than one workout or add cardio to get to your goal with the challenge. I'm going to do one more challenge!!! Wish me luck !!! Btw This location is small but the workout group is small so you get more attention with trainers when needed. This meal plan is strict and will make you cranky!!!!

This place is one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life!

I just want to take the time to recognize this AMAZING PROGRAM!!! The staff is amazing the trainers go above and beyond to help you!!! It is up to the person signing up to give it their all and to FTDI (FOLLOW THE DAMN INSTRUCTIONS) The camp gives you the right tools for you to follow if u don't follow them u will not see results as simple as that. It is not easy if it was easy Everyone would be doing it. It takes dedication and commitment to do this but ultimately if you decide to do it. it is an experience you will never forget!!! I love my AFF(Awesome Fit Family) Thanks For Everything you have all done for me!!! Forever Grateful!!! Thank you to the owners, the manager, the front desk and the trainers. Definitely recommend this place. If you are ready for change this will be the best decision of your life. Results don't lie!!! #BellStrong

Proud to announce I successfully completed my 6wks challenge. Yayyyyyyy I did it!!!! I lost -21.4lbs in 6wks. I was determined to lose the weight since day one. It was definitely hard work but it sure did pay off. It was truly an amazing experience. Thanks to all the trainers, Christian, Martin, JT, Steph, Jonathan for pushing us every day and helping us reach our goal. We could not have done it without. Thanks for making it painful but at the same time fun. I want to thank Claudia for always staying on top of us and keeping us motivated. She makes everyone feel welcome the minute they walk in the door. I truly appreciate & love your positive energy @Klaudy. The Camp Transformation is not a reliable gular gym. The camp is a more like a huge family where everyone is in to achieve one goal. We all work hard and push each other day by day. The camp family has been so supportive to me and one another. I've met amazing people that I can now call friends. I would highly recommend others to take on the challenge. You can do it!!! It's such a rewarding feeling once completed. I will continue to do my workouts and FTDI. Stay fit... Don't quit!!!

To say that I love being a part of The Camp is an understatement!!!! For the most part I have always tried to to workout and eat 'healthy' and I thought I was doing a pretty good job at it. CLEARLY I was wrong! Since I've joined The Camp not only has my body transformed (but as corny as it might sound) so has my outlook on life!! I am no longer in a challenge and although I can go back to my bad habits I refuse to. I choose to be healthy, I choose to be fit, I choose to be happy. To anyone that is thinking about joining, do it!! Don't think twice, don't hesitate, and stop putting it off for some other time. Don't make excuses! I promise you'll be the happiest you've ever been!!! Stay fit, don't quit #rockthebell

I am very proud to announce that I successfully completed my 6 week challenge!!! I lost a total of 20.4 in 6 weeks. I have to admit, I was a little nervous that I would not complete the challenge. But once I made the decision, I really put my head down and went for it. I'm not going to say it was easy, because it was not. There are a lot of sacrifices you have to be willing to make, but I have to say those sacrifices are worth the reward. I want to thank all my trainers, Jay, Martin, Christian, Stef and Claudia. Thank u all for pushing us to work harder and get better and stronger everyday. You all have contributed in making me a stronger person, not just physically but even more mentally. Claudia, thank you for always being supportive and telling us you believed in us, because there was a few times I didn't believe in myself. This gym is not your regular gym....this is more like a family. We all pushed each other and helped each other get through some rough workouts. I also want to thank my co-workers, Lorena, Susy, and Karina. Without you guys I would never have done this....you guys really helped me achieve my goal with all your support and belief. I'm glad we got to do this together!! I would highly recommend others to take the challenge. I know it's a little scary to take that first step, but you can do it!!! And the reward of completing the challenge is amazing!!! This is not just a transformation of your body, it will help you transform your life. Stay fit...don't quit!!!

I am a huge fan of Herbalife I have been using their product for a little over five years now. The girl that signed me up "Robin" really trying to get me to buy Herbalife from her and even though I explain that I already have a membership in which I receive 50% off the product she try to guilt trip me into purchasing Herbalife from her explaining that that's her only form of income. I sympathize with her but explained that I still would not buy Herbalife from her. She became a little more distance and really didn't care about my progress anymore. This business became more more clear to me as a pyramid scheme. Which is illegal in the United States by the way. They want you to go in there and sign up to be your own Herbalife distributor and if you refuse they won't "waste" their time with you. They're polite so they won't tell you but you'll feel the shade. And though act as if you don't want to be "fit" or "healthy" anymore. Another thing that I disliked about this business was the fact that they record and publish everything they rely a lot on social media.

That's completely false. There are several restrooms and I've never had to wait. The overall aesthetic of this place is top tier. The equipment is high quality, well maintained, and there's plenty of space to train. The gym is split into two sides and now they even have MAD Pilates, which is a great addition. So far, I haven't had to wait for equipment once. Even when it's busy, I've still been able to get a full workout in without issues. That's a huge difference compared to the gym up the street (Chuze), where you'll often see groups of people camping on the same machine. On weekends I come right when the doors open and it's about as empty as it gets. Perfect way to start the day. One warning though: don't try the peanut butter and jelly shake... unless you want to get hooked. It's that good. The turkey wrap is also a solid option. The staff has been amazing and welcoming since day one. Overall experience so far: 10/10. Highly recommended

The fans are not on, so there's no relief when the heat is running. There have been a few times I wanted to purchase a protein shake, but I couldn't tell who worked there or who to ask for help. Lastly, there have been times when there were no wipes available to clean the machines. Overall, still a great gym, just a few small improvements that would make a big difference!
