I have had the best experience at Roocket Fitness. I really enjoy the sense of community here because everyone supports each other. I love how strong and full of energy the people are, it always motivates me to keep going. The workouts are also pushing me out of my comfort zone. I am doing things I never thought I could, or at least I am learning to do them, and that makes me proud of my progress. The staff is always so supportive and ready to help with any questions, which makes the whole experience even better. I can't speak about the actually gym/workout experience but I can speak about customer service....I had been looking for a new gym (to be more specific CrossFit gym and was in between this on and another one) this one seemed to have everything I was looking for plus the convenience of being so close to home, as the other one I would have to travel some distance. Anyway, I called this place several times and never was able to get a hold of anyone, decided to go in person to ask questions and what not after looking at their website and there was no one at their front desk. I called out and nothing, waited and nothing, I even opened the door to access the "working out area"...after no one was available I left. A few weeks later I called again and after not being able to reach anyone I hung up. Later in the day I received a call back from a Jacky....what can I say at this point...I don't know if she's just in the front desk or what her position is but geez, she really lacks good customer service. I asked a question and she couldn't provide me any type of real answer, she even stated "I can ask my boss as he's in a meeting right now and call you back" (I never got a call back) on top of that rather than "selling" the gym to me (as in making me want to become a member) she pretty much sounded more as she was discouraging me. She stated "this gym isn't for everyone" (I understand what she meant, it's not a "traditional" gym) but when working in sales/customer service that is not the way you'll want to come across to potential customers. After hearing enough of her I said thanks and hung up, but I was kind blown at that point. I couldn't believe how her boss would feel about someone not providing great customer service or "up selling" their services to anyone. I even had the conversation on speaking and my friend was shocked. If this is how potential customers are treated/spoken to, I can only imagine how much business has walked away. read more

I was very excited when I found this gym, so many different classes and less than 1 mile from home. My dreamed gym!! Until I steppet in and meet the owner. He's gonna make you feel like a piece of shit, not interested at all to help you or giving you a good customer service. I'd read a review here complaining about him and I doubt it, but this guy is much more insecure about himself than the previous person described. I really love this gym basically we all need a a perfect training and this gym seriously giving us so much effort and too much guidelines. their training style is very good I really like the machines what they are using. I really love one thing that is staff management and seriously they all always focus on your training and diet planning.they always give you lesson that how to improve yourself.they train your muscle. they train your brain. they train your all physically activity. there fat loss process and muscle building lessons are really good.the train like a beast so my personal opinion you have to go and have a look that how they work. My whole life I've started workout programs, but never really completed any of them. This is my fourth week in and I'm not planning on giving up. You get the chance to work with different trainers. Which is great because it never gets boring. Nor does it becomes a routine. They push you to the max. I love the fact that even though I was in the worse condition in my life, they took the time to correct me and understood my limits. It's hard but I'm sure I'll be happy when my hard work shows off.
