When I contacted them about getting it fixed again I was told they no longer have a technician in my in my area and I would need to find another company to do the repair. I had a technician from another company come out (which cost $130). They said they couldn't honor the warranty because it wasn't through them and I would need to contact Sharper to see what could be done. When I called I was told that they DO in fact have a technician in my area and I need to schedule them to come out and do the repair in order to have the warranty honored. Obviously I said no since I had already paid the other company more than what the warranty would have covered. I'm pretty pissed off that I'm having to pay for a part that should've been covered with a warranty and I definitely won't ever use Sharper Service Solutions ever again. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to use them either, you'll probably just get lied to like I was.

I think the big thing is that if the monthly service was not adequate, or you need additional pest work done, they'll do it free of charge (if you are paying for the monthly service). Pests like rats and carpenter ants can ruin your home, chewing through wood and wires which can cause irreplaceable damage.
