I sent out a quote request to multiple pest control companies about a gang of unidentified insects loitering around our home. I guessed as to the kind of bug our visitors are, but didn't know for sure. Two companies blindly assumed I was correct, one quoting many hundreds of dollars for the first treatment with a "necessary" round of additional treatments. Morgan trusted my identification, but presented a second possible candidate that was more likely given the time of year. And he noted that he'd be happy to come treat for the first type of bug, but with the latter they wouldn't need to treat at all. He said they'd go away on their own with a consistent temperature drop and wouldn't cause us any harm. He literally replied with honesty that would likely result in his not getting any business from us at all. That's the kind of integrity we don't see a lot of these days. Now Morgan's Pest Management is bookmarked for our go-to company. So, even though we've never used their services, they get five stars for integrity. I cannot praise them highly enough!! They got back to me quickly, were able to come right away, and solved my 5-days-long dilemma within seconds! They were courteous, thoughtful, professional, and effective! I had a Northern Flicker stuck in my wood- burning stove, and was at a loss, after making 15 phone calls over 5 days. I should have called them first! Animal control wouldn't enter a residence, all other "critter getters" wouldn't deal with a woodpecker, and Audubon doesn't do rescues! Each told me to try the others, while this poor creature was back and forth between the chimney and stove (with fresh food and water daily). Getting sung by wasps is not something that anyone would like. I asked you for a quote because I didn't know how to get rid of wasps that stung me for getting rid of my plants in my front yard. I was desperate but being stung and while I was waiting for the quote, I decided to go onto YouTube and see how it's done to get rid of those pesky wasps! My experience with Morgans pest-control was superb. To start off- When I called the office they answered, and I was able to schedule a visit very quickly and easily. This was after calling five places! On the appointment day, Morgan arrived on time, and he is an owner operator which I like. I needed him to look at a wasps nest. He was very knowledgeable, and he explained to me that the type of wasps I had were not territorial or dangerous and that they go away by themselves. I loved his honesty and how much knowledge he has. You spent time to give a free estimate, identified the insects, educated my tenants and me about them as being beneficial insects and where in their life cycle they were and how they were really not a problem. I just purchased a home. I needed to get on top of the pest control as my property is next to a protected waterway. I hired Morgan to come and inspect my property. He inspected my property, the roof, crawl space and yard. He spent time helping me understand what to look for and how to prevent future infestation. I knew I had a carpenter ant issue, but didn't know I had a rodent problem. He sprayed the entire perimeter of my home. He eliminated the current rodent problem and showed me what to look for regrading returning rodents. I received a 1 year warranty on the Carpenter Ants. During the follow up visit, he concreted the burrowed holes to prevent access from rodents. The level of customer service Morgan provided was and is exceptional. Great work on an early yellow jackets nest that about ate me up. Had a tree trimmed revealing a large stump covered in the ground next to the tree. Literally stirred up a nest of yellow jackets. Morgan came out on short noticed & explained everything, checked on carpenter ants as well. Anyhow gave me the name of the agent for research as needed, and sprayed the nest heavily. I was told to research an exterminator for a flea problem my cat brought into the house. I called Morgan and not only did he offer the best price, the scheduling was super easy and he was very flexible about times available. He came out to my house on the scheduled appointment time and told me that I didn't have to get my house sprayed because the flea problem wasn't bad. He said I didn't have one at all. He did provide recommendations (vacuum every day, continue my cats medications, etc...) I was just blown away by his professionalism and his honesty! I feel that most companies would have charged me just to assess the pest situation and then still charge me to have a service done that doesn't need to be done. He didn't do either.
