Obviously, only people who have a valid military identification card are able to access the gym. We visited it yesterday (Friday) afternoon so that we could get our ID card registered, so that we could have 24hr access. This is an awesome option because it allows us to take advantage of everything that the gym offers anytime of the day. This is an older facility but the staff does an excellent job of maintaining the gym. We enjoy the gym because it has an indoor basketball court, extensive weight room, cardio room, 1 coed sauna, 1 female only sauna, male and female locker rooms.

Hotworx gives you the opportunity to get a workout in while in an infrared sauna therefore amplifying your workout. You have options such as Yoga, Pilates, and Barre which are 45 minutes long.
