My mind is blown by how much they really do care, and my items that I received back are perfect. 1000% I will be back Old review: I don't recommend this place. I have come here for a good while now, and I think the quality is mediocre at best. I have paid for multiple zippers to be replaced, and they charged me for this but didn't do the work, and this was on multiple items.

I took 1 of my suites to this cleaners based on a recommendation as a test. upon arrival, I was assured that they will be able to clean my suit without the fur turning pink. About a week later, I returned to pick it up and it was absolutely perfect. In fact, it look like the day i bought it. Additionally, the price was very reasonable, it was half as much as I was quoted by another cleaners who didn't seem to exhibit the same confidence. I will now bring my other suit there as well. Really, a good idea for me, as i didn't want to break my machines in the process. The issue is drying, the dryers are way too expensive. I am not sure if this is the new norm, as i don't wash my comforter as often as i like, but if this is the norm, i'll have to just buy another machine to wash them, as if i did it monthly with the cost of drying, i would have my own machines in a year.

She went to her car and the owner came outside, tapped on her window and asked her to come inside. She obliged. Once they were in, he disrespected her by getting in her face and yelling at her saying how she broke the machine. Then demanded she pay $500 dollars to get the machine fixed. She then proceeded to tell him that she wasn't paying for anything, the machine was not broken, it only needed to be reset and that she does not have $500 to just give him on the spot. We do have a court system here! You don't just demand someone pay you money ob the spot! This isn't China! She was visibly upset and crying over the way he was treating her. She then went back to her car, called her boyfriend and told him what had happened (for context, she is black, her boyfriend is white and the owner of the laundromat is asian). She told him that she was not going back in there and that they were not drying their clothes in that facility. Once he got to the laundromat, he went inside and took their clothes out of the machine. The owner didn't say a word to him but screamed and yelled at my daughter like a fool! It kills me because they come over to this country thinking they can disrespect black people and get away with it! Apparently they can with the recent verdict! IYKYK! Boycott this business and all other asian businesses! Stop supporting those who do not value or care about us! Patronize your own! Support your own! When they hurt one of us, they hurt all of us! I told her to taper and I would pay the extra cost. When I picked them up she shortened them but did not taper then charges me $36.75 When I told her we agreed to a specific marrow cuff she just kept acting like she didn't understand. Then when I paid she shorts me a dollar in change. Don't let that friendly demeanor fool you. This place is not only expensive but she can't even do the job requested. However, this month, i dropped my shirts off weekly and went to pick up, when i noticed my new White Ralph Lauren Polo Dress Shirt had been severely damaged. Multiple huge stains across the front. I immediately called it out and asked them to fix their issue. Didnt hear from anyone, so visited. They were too busy (Personnel issues) to talk about it; but they asked for another week, which i gladly gave them -thinking they were really working resolution. Then I received a call that stated "They didnt cause the stain" and they were unable to get it out. I went to pick up the shirt and noticed the shirt was torn/damaged where the stain was. Now they said they cant fix it. I told them they needed to replace it. They would not. After a few more days, they offered $30 and had tossed my $80 shirt. I took the $30, glad to get anything toward a new shirt, and will not return. It was a terrible experience and now i can't trust them with my clothes. I would not trust them with your clothes.

When I went to get it, I asked if it had been laundered and it had been dry cleaned. when I said I was unhappy with that because I did not want it dry cleaned, he said well we just do what's on the ticket. While this person was very polite, they didn't offer any apology or seem concerned either. but the guy who originally took my order could'nt have cared less. So never going back there!!
