My daughter recently visited this location. She unknowingly had an object in her laundry and only discovered it after the cycle completed as she was removing her clothes from the machine. She went to her car and the owner came outside, tapped on her window and asked her to come inside. She obliged. Once they were in, he disrespected her by getting in her face and yelling at her saying how she broke the machine. Then demanded she pay $500 dollars to get the machine fixed. She then proceeded to tell him that she wasn't paying for anything, the machine was not broken, it only needed to be reset and that she does not have $500 to just give him on the spot. We do have a court system here! You don't just demand someone pay you money ob the spot! This isn't China! She was visibly upset and crying over the way he was treating her. She then went back to her car, called her boyfriend and told him what had happened (for context, she is black, her boyfriend is white and the owner of the laundromat is asian). She told him that she was not going back in there and that they were not drying their clothes in that facility. Once he got to the laundromat, he went inside and took their clothes out of the machine. The owner didn't say a word to him but screamed and yelled at my daughter like a fool! It kills me because they come over to this country thinking they can disrespect black people and get away with it! Apparently they can with the recent verdict! IYKYK! Boycott this business and all other asian businesses! Stop supporting those who do not value or care about us! Patronize your own! Support your own! When they hurt one of us, they hurt all of us! place is clean, friendly, and easy to get too. I just wanted to wash towels and comforters as they are too big for my machine. The wash cycle was affordable and worth it. Really, a good idea for me, as i didn't want to break my machines in the process. The issue is drying, the dryers are way too expensive. I am not sure if this is the new norm, as i don't wash my comforter as often as i like, but if this is the norm, i'll have to just buy another machine to wash them, as if i did it monthly with the cost of drying, i would have my own machines in a year. read more

Came in an hour and a half to close on a Sunday getting ready to do my laundry and the man behind the counter told me that I had to leave. Seems rude to tell a customer to leave with plenty of time for me to do a few loads of my laundry. I obviously didn't get to use the machines but everything looked really outdated. The owners try and convince you to use more machines than necessary to make a larger profit off of you. I ended up walking out with wet laundry instead of arguing with the guy. Machines are VERY outdated but seem to clean alright for their age. All machines are coin only. Debit card and credit card would be much better. Hopefully they add this in the future. read more

Ever since my washing machine broke, I've een using various laundromats around town. Most of them are totally impartial to their customers, have dirty machines that cost a fortune, and are nowhere to be found if you need help. They post their rules and generally avoid the customers. This is fine because it's laundromat, but if you leave something behind by mistake and don't realize it for a week, good luck getting it back. I left an entire dryer full of clothes here two weeks ago and did not even notice it. I came back today and the owner (very friendly man) approached me with a large bag containing my clothes. This man did not know me and we don't usually interact other than when i say thank you as i walk out the door yet he not only collected my belongings and stored them, but held on to them for weeks awaiting my return. I am very impressed and grateful. The machine at this location are basic, clean, easy to use and best of all, affordable. Where most places charge upward of $7 per wash, out is only $2.75 at this location. The machines are clean and it's a safe neighborhood. If you need to use laundromat, i highly encourage you to come here. They also offer excellent quality and affordable dry cleaning services and alterations. Family owned! read more

I don't get things dry cleaned often as I avoid buying anything that requires any kind of work besides tossing it in the washer and dryer at home. However I borrowed a casual simple dress and wanted to return it clean. The front counter workers were quick to see how they could help me and were very friendly. I dropped off the dress on a Monday and they asked if Wednesday was okay for pick up and I said yes that was fine as I was in no rush. What was nice was I had the option to pay at drop off or pick up. The dress was $7.50 before tax, okay but then I decided to drop off my husbands very nice suit jacket and pants and that was $11.00.... so after that I thought the dress price seemed pretty steep compared to the price for an entire suit else I would have done 5 stars. I meant to buy a washer and dryer after I moved in, but then I found this gem. After a year and a half, I still haven't gone appliance shopping. The place is always clean, the equipment is well maintained, and the owners are friendly and helpful. I've used their drop off service, $20 will get a good sized basket of laundry washed, dried, and folded, totally worth it during a busy week. Utilized large 50 lb. washer and dryer to clean our king down comforter, as they do not fit in a home washer. Large washers were clean. The facility was clean. No issues. Would use again for this same purpose. read more

Excellent clean laundry facilities. We used their services while we were in temporary living. The owners were very polite when we had my husband's suit dry cleaned and the suit came out clean. I used the laundromat several times on Saturdays and Sundays without struggle to get a machine. read more

Super clean, fairly quiet, good location, and the owner, Tommy I think is his name, is super friendly. They also sell little packs of dryer sheets and detergents if you end up needing it. Also there is a bar down the strip mall (2 door down) and if it's not super busy throw in your load and run down for a cold one while you wait. My favorite place and I have been to some less than great places when in a pinch. Very happy to have found this hidden laundry gem! read more
