I can go to the Levis website and order the exact pair I want in my size and they will be on my doorstep in a day or two. So why bother coming to Kohl's anymore? Amazon Returns. A few days ago, I was here for an Amazon return and they handed me a coupon for 20% off my purchase at Kohl's. So I thought I'd use it. In a nutshell, that 20% off coupon Amazon gives you is bullshit. Allow me to explain... I went to the area where all of the men's sportswear clothing used to be to discover that there wasn't much to choose from. There was a lot of Champion gear, but their track pants felt like burlap. Seriously. Burlap. Nevertheless, I found a nice pair of Under Armor joggers. Good enough. I also found a Yellowstone board game (a gift for my parents - they love the TV show - shush, don't tell'em I got'em that until after this Christmas). My wife got some bras. So three totally unrelated items: pants, bras, and board game. While checking out, however, we were informed that we wouldn't be getting 20% off of anything because the coupon wouldn't work for the things we wanted. It says it all right there, in that tiny font wording on the coupon that no naked eye can read, the giant list of everything in the store that the 20% doesn't apply to. After I took the coupon home and put it under my microscope so I could read it, I would venture to say that the 20% off coupon does not work for 95% of the stuff for sale within Kohl's. After paying a lot more than we thought we would have to pay for our stuff, we were walking out when I noticed that there was a second larger location for the rest of the men's sportswear on the other side of the registers, hidden behind all their Christmas stuff. Silly me! Why didn't I just look behind the mound of Christmas swag back where the women's clothes used to be for my men's pants?! This store sucks. Unless there are some big changes, I doubt Kohl's will be around much longer. This place continues to go downhill, year after year. I seriously doubt that putting a Sephora in the middle of the store will save them. I remember when Blockbuster Video tried to save themselves by having a Radio Shack outlet that sold a small selection of cords, batteries, adapters, etc. in some of their stores. That did not work out for either of them in the end, and I predict history repeating itself in the end with Kohl's (Sephora may survive, though). Hopefully, by the time Kohl's goes under Amazon will have a drone service available to pick up my returns in my driveway.

Yes, there are more great…read morethings, like clothes, shoes, fragrance, makeup, hair tools, and house decor that I love to purchase here, too. But the soap is my favorite. I love the Castelbel scents! I love the Lemons, Cotton Flower, and Lavender scents, and during the holidays, they bring in the Christmas scents like Sugar Cookies and Peppermint. Today I went to two Marshalls. I just had to stock up. Plus, a lover of soap, like me, got to the first one before me and only left three bars. I didn't see my creamy Goat Milk soap. Did I mention that soap is only $3.99 a bar? It's such a great value, and the clerk told me the day the truck comes in. I really appreciate that information, thank you!

Personally I rarely shop here but I can't resist some of their grocery items since they have a wide variety of store brands that offer things you can't get elsewhere. For instance, I've been looking for their seasonal strawberry whipped cream at many of the stores since it's perfect for Valentine's Day, but I've struck out for weeks until going to the Round Rock location. This particular one has been around for decades and looks dated although they've remodeled the inside. The location is convenient right at I-35 and the 45 toll road, and it's just across the street from Walmart with a traffic signal between the two of you need to shop at both. While this is an old, smaller location it seems to have a fine selection like the other stores, so I like shopping there for seasonal things, although they have everything you need from clothing to groceries to toys and home goods. One last tip: use their app and they'll give you 1% back to use on future purchases. And they have free wifi!

There was no accommodation, rescheduling priority, or compensation, despite the inconvenience and financial loss. The cost of the makeup alone exceeded the price of the photo shoot, making this experience especially frustrating. Scheduling and staffing issues happen, but when clients invest time, money, and careful coordination for a meaningful moment, better accountability and customer care are expected.

There was a female employee staring at me as I walked into her bra section, and only after I said hi did she say hi back. I didn't feel comfortable there, and then a male employee came over ~to the bra section~ and they started laughing and talking together. I just left. I did find 2 pairs of pants that were on such a hefty sale that I only spent $20 for both, but I really don't think it was worth the terrible experience.

This Rack location has a decent selection. Most recently went shoe shopping with my boyfriend and he found exactly what he needed. Sometimes the store seems a little messy and chaotic with merchandise not displayed properly. It seems customers and employees just kind of let merchandise get tossed about. Also, the wide range of colorful pots and pans caught my attention, too. I moved over to the comforter and sheets; they were very pretty.
