The employees we saw were very friendly and staying busy stocking shelves. Bathroom required a quick code. We both made stops in and it was very clean and tidy. We found several grocery items that interested us and very quickly filled most of a cart. My wife even got a 4-pack of Cock & Bull, a ginger beer she likes. I managed to find some Pop Tarts in flavors I had never seen before. We were glad we stopped in. Even found some items for my MIL and our 14-year-old niece. Although we wish this chain of stores would make its way to AZ, it always gives us something to look forward to when we head west.

For instance I was in Napa and came across a wonderful Lil winery. Went in did a tasting and my friend that lived in Napa ended up joining their club... why do I tell this story? Or, I love buying little snacks for work to share with my fellow VA hospital employees. I can buy so many fun treats, and I don't break the bank. (See photo assorted snacks I bought today). Again, IF you have your heart set on a specific item, you may be sad. But if you have the attitude of 'let's see what fun we find today' YOU'LL LOVE THIS PLACE. As someone who enjoys wine, I was pleasantly surprised by their "Wine Wednesday" deals, offering 10% and sometimes even 20% off when buying six bottles. They also carry a solid selection of craft beers, which makes it even better. One thing to keep in mind is to always check expiration dates--this is part of how they keep prices so affordable. The management and checkout staff are consistently friendly, which makes shopping there even more enjoyable. Needless to say, I find myself there almost every Wednesday!

The hand sanitizers are some of the best around--they come in a huge variety of great scents, are easy to carry, and leave your hands feeling clean without drying them out. I went in there to get the hand sanitizers because they were having a 6 for 10 deal. I was highly disappointed when two days later all the hand sanitizers went on sale for a dollar. The store does a good job of keeping a wide selection of products in stock, making it easy to find seasonal collections as well as favorite year-round fragrances. The only downside was the customer service during my visit. There didn't seem to be enough employees on the sales floor, so it was difficult to find someone when I had questions or needed assistance. The staff members who were there were polite, but they didn't seem very available to help customers because they appeared to be stretched too thin. Overall, Bath & Body Works offers excellent products and a great selection, especially their amazing hand sanitizers. With a few more team members available to assist shoppers, the in-store experience would be even better.
