This is M&T bank's Corporate reuse center with the furniture from their offices that closed down or not needed anymore. After looking for a bar unit almost everywhere from brand name stores and discounted furniture stores and even online, i found a great hutch made of real wood (not cardboard) for price in two digits. Even the cardboard costs in hundreds ! The expensive file cabinets for a great price. Well, if you go to their website, you can see stuff from office desks, computers, file cabinets, couch, chair and beautiful paintings for heavily discounted price. The BEST of all is that staff is very friendly and they deliver to your home too if its in the area. They are located near the airport and are open until 4pm. You can also make an appointment for the weekends and walk through the warehouse to shop what you like. They also repair the computers and you can talk to them more in regard with this. I was very happy to discover this place and find the exact stuff that i needed . They even sanded and polished the part of furniture where needed.

A lamp shaped like a panda bear, a golden tracksuit, picture frames, a clock that blinks at you, a $1.00 hat that cost you $79.99 at J.Crew, and the aforementioned Fanny pack are what I got today but that barely scratches the surface. We battled Boulevard traffic, hoping…read morefor some sort of great reward for our struggles, only to be met with an absolute scatterbrained mess. They've torn the daily prices off the big signs, but it's supposedly 3 dollars on Tuesdays. There's a terms and conditions posted on the front door. No opening things without a team member (if you can find one), no refunds. We maneuvered around a pile of mismatched carts through the cleaner half of the store stocked with higher price kitchen gear and beauty products to the back room bumping radio tunes. There were tables littered with taped up online returns, most from marketplace type vendors based off the labels we tried to decipher off the side. (The internet helps typing in some of these titles to help the guessing game.) I noticed some packages still had the names of the original buyers on them as well. We shuffled through it all, finding mostly junk. I may have been a bit more picky than the others, only getting a dish rack that comes with no assembly instructions. I think it caught the cashier off guard, as I set it on the counter and waited two minutes before he realized I was buying it and that he needed to set his phone down. I paid my 3 cash with a 20 and he struggled to make change for another solid minute, mumbling at us. My mates were able to pay by card, albeit with a convenience fee. When I had excused myself to the bathroom, I found that there was no soap and no towels available. Ended up shaking my hands to dry them off. I'm shaking my head too, that no, we will not be coming back. Maybe it would be different on a restock day at the higher price, but with Goodwill and Savers right up the road, this traffic battle ain't worth it.

So I called this place asking if they do buy items from customers and they said yes come on by so I did and of course the owner was not there. The worker then took down my number & my name and said she'd call me back as soon as possible. It's been three weeks now and they haven't even called me. I would not be surprised if I walked in there right now to see the clock that I dropped off for sale. This place is ridiculous & unorganized. It all comes down to the owner.
