(I apologize for not knowing her name, but she was short in stature like myself with dark hair and said that she had been living in the area for about 30 years.) I appreciated the information from her as well as a catalog with upcoming ornaments because I am an avid hallmark ornament collector. It had definitely disappointed me to know that I couldn't just walk into a store and pick out ornaments after the closures. But I was happy to know that I can still order ornaments and that this location is still open. They have a vast selection of cards and gifts!
