I almost thought the store was shutting down. I found a MAC makeup product that I normally use and that was about it. The lines are not bad and go quickly here. Sometimes it's hard to communicate with employees and I appreciate the effort to go find another employee who can help me. I have never had to return anything so I do not know how the service is for that scenario. I find that going to this store gives thrift store vibes. I like a good thrift store trip but I don't get the same fun shopping experience here.

The lines are great if you go early but midday or weekends can be a wait. In the warehouse there is a wide assortment of products (snack stations are back!) and a large selection of wine & alcohol that is not offered at all Costco locations. There is clothing, a tire shop inside the warehouse and all kinds of kitchen and home appliances. They took away several self-check out stations. When lines get really long (and they can stretch back to beyond a few of the aisles) employees try to pre-check carts. The system was working so why change it. Or have the self-check for smaller orders to keep things moving. The food court has the famous hot dog and soda combo for $1.50. They added a calzone which I haven't tried and brought back the turkey and provolone hot sandwich. The managers I previously knew have moved. Overall still a great store.

I am a sucker for a Hallmark store and this one is a great one. The store is always well stocked,…read moreclean and easy to walk through. I like the staff here, they are helpful and cheery. Their ornament section is easy to see and if they don't have something you can put your name on a list and they will let you know when it comes in, I did this and it worked! Make sure to check out the bargain section in the back of the store, there are some good deals once in a while.

The food here is really lacking. Comparing the quality between Sam's club and Costco, Sam's food selection is quite depressing. Tons of cheap, low quality food. The salad I bought recently the leaves were already all soggy and bad. I am not sure also if buying from Sam's club is cheaper than just going to Walmart for instance the thanksgiving turkeys were actually a cent more at Sam's per pound vs Walmart as an example. I do like that it is not as crowded here as Costco. The scan and go feature in their app is pretty great too.

It seems to be managed well and overall is clean, but these issues in the Restroom tell me that their housekeeping needs to do a little bit better and the management needs to supervise and inspect a little bit better.

I was doing a return today and the cashier was super sweet, but she had to call over ol' Donna, the manager, and boy was she a barrel of laughs. She didn't smile, her tone was rude and she made us feel like we were greatly inconveniencing her. She had no personality or Customer Service skills, so how she became manager, I'm not sure. That is probably why so many of the employees there have not been the friendliest, they have a manager like her! I also feel as if the selection here has not been as good lately. Maybe just because it's a busier one and things are picked over. But I definitely have better luck at the Park Meadows one and even the smaller one off of Monaco. The cashier and my love for Hobby Lobby are the reason my review has stars, Donna got one in her own. She helped me, but in no way made me feel like a valued customer.

I saw and heard a dog whining in the back of a Parker pick up Directly in front of Murdoch's. One…read moredog was stuck inside the sealed bed of a truck while another was up front in the air conditioned cab. The dog in the sealed cab was suffering (barking/whining) and it was 90 degrees outside - closer to 100 in the sealed bed. I informed the store manager immediately who said he would make an announcement. He did NOT. I got my item, came back to the front of the store and told the clerks who didn't know what to do. I insisted they make the announcement regarding the dog in the truck or I'll call the police immediately. (This is a store that's makes its living from Animals). They made the announcement. I met the owner at her truck. The sealed/locked bed was at least 95-100 degrees. The "cooling pad" was HOT. The dog was suffering. She placed the dog in the AC cab with the other dog. Please people, it only takes few minutes to overheat in a vehicle. Please Murdochs, take care of animals immediately.
