Aly (shift lead) and Justin (manager-in-training) were professional, patient, and proactive from start to finish. I was trying to figure out how to use my Walgreens Cash rewards, and they walked me through it step-by-step with zero attitude, even though it required extra verification and a couple extra taps on the register. Despite limited staffing at the front, they kept everything moving smoothly and stayed calm the whole time. It felt very old-school in the best way, disciplined, competent, and well-run like a good operational military team. Shout-out to Aly and Justin for solid, capable service. To make things a better fit, they gave her a good deal on a quick modification to the bike that was done while we waited, so she could try out the fit. Any bike purchased here comes with 2 years of tune ups for free as well as a bottle and cage - can't beat that! While it's crazy to find three bike stores within a half mile of each other, this is the only one you should visit while in New Hartford/Utica area.
