Located in the corner of the Citrus Plaza. Plenty of parking available. I like coming here as a different option to pay lower prices. There's so much to select from clothes, home decor, accessories for your cell phone, candy, toys and hobbies. You'll need to drop by and see for yourself.

This is one of the better Five Below stores. The one closest to me in Hawthorne is Ok, but all the good or cute stuff is always sold out :/. This Redlands one, I do find really cute modern retro-vintage shirts, but the ones I like is probably the majority popular are usually wiped out here too. This store is usually less crowded, more selection of items, self serve check out and the employees are usually helpful. Plenty of parking in a very large crowded shopping center. However, store is off to side facing freeway. I'll definitely be back!

Five Below is a great discount store for a whole bunch of items ranging from beauty stuff to children's school supplies. It is located inside Citrus Plaza next to Party City. Everything costs between $1-$5. I believe the items they carry also depend on the current season because I saw a whole bunch of summer items such as pool supplies and water guns. They also had a lot of things that cater to children such as colored pencils, books, and sports items (basketballs, racquetballs, etc.). I especially liked their nail polishes which were $3 or 2 for $5. I also appreciated the customer service I received. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee who handed me an ad and a basket to carry my items. Later on I was asked by another employee if I needed help. They are definitely not understaffed. I see this place being a great addition to the Redlands community.

I ended up finding the exact model I wanted for $95 at John Sells Stuff, when the selling price online was around $150 plus tax. I couldn't believe how great the price was, and the kitchen was brand new! I called to check and make sure the kitchen was still available, then drove 30 minutes to get it since it was such a great deal. When I arrived, I walked the entire store and checked out all of their products, which includes various kids' toys that are heavily discounted, Christmas trees, furniture, home improvement products, home appliances, and even pocket knives. You'll have to check out the selection for yourself! I ended up buying a couple of great kids' toys for less than $12 each, as well as a set of foam numbered floor mats for my baby since the pricing was so low at $10 per box, when the price online for the same product and brand was around $25. During checkout, John Sells Stuff even has a rewards program for return customers that I signed up for which is awesome. John helped me carry the large box that the play kitchen was in into my car and loaded it in the back. What great customer service from the owner himself! TLDR: If you're looking for fantastic deals that even online pricing can't beat and don't mind driving to check out John Sells Stuff, then come and see what awesome deals you can discover for yourself. Thanks again to John and his team for making my shopping experience great with the rock bottom pricing!

They have everything from discounted toys, portable air conditioners, light fixtures, rugs, sunscreen, dvds. Pretty much everything you could find at a Walmart type store. Most things have damaged packaging but just inspect it and your good to go! I think they had a sign that says no returns or exchanges so be sure to only buy what you truly want or need. This is not a fancy store. Just concrete floors and big industrial type fans blowing. But you deff could find what you're looking for and save a few bucks! They also have a rewards program you can sign up for. For every X dollars you spend you get points towards a $10 off coupon. I'll be back. Update: Came here again for toys and the guy (new younger one, not the one on my first visit) helped me bring all my stuff to my car. These employees are 5 stars on their customer service.

Teri was so friendly and fun to talk to -- I'd totally come back just to talk to her again! :) I found a good selection of tops and some really cute and comfortable modal shorts! The prices were awesome and I got lucky finding some things in clearance. Some of our tops and shorts were only $10-12 apiece! The restrooms and fitting rooms are also a lot cleaner and well maintained. The attendant at the fitting room was really kind and friendly, too! I also love that this location has a HomeGoods attached. All in all, the selection and prices were amazing and so were the employees. I totally recommend this location! :)

I was in line purchasing some highly sought after things. When I was at the register, the nice girl, Sara, was ringing me up. As she was ringing me up, another employee (Maria) on the HomeGoods side comes up to me and says, "I know you're a reseller, and you should be banned from the store." I said,"Thank you for thinking that, but I'm not." Maria said,"I wanted to get that, and I see you here all the time, and I know you're a reseller. You should be banned." She kept saying that I was a reseller, and I'm not. I asked to speak to the manager, and the manager, Alex, was just absolutely amazing, and kept apologizing to me. I told him that he should not be apologizing to me, and the girl, Maria should be. Here's the thing, the things that I grabbed, three other ladies grabbed them too. I was not the only one who got these things, yet Maria decides to give ME a hard time about it? Was it because I was asian, and she did not think I was going to say anything? Was it because I was wearing a mask? I genuinely want to know why she picked on me and not the three caucasion women that purchased things. Thank you to Sara and Alex for resolving the issue, but Maria, that is not the kind of customer service that TJ Maxx/HomeGoods is known for. If you have a problem with me, because I am asian, that is on you, not me. Do better!!

Luckily the people behind me were kind enough to allow me to go ahead of them. Prior to that my son was being given the run around about who had the bathroom key. Not even an exaggeration, he would as and take a break for 5 minutes until He would ask again and again was given the run around between the three employees. While we went to the 2nd line that opened, he asked for bathroom entry and employee who did not have a name tag, but was working with Emily right now, rudely told him restrooms were closed. Why not tell him that from the beginning instead of the back and forth between them all. I asked to be charged for a bag of ice and she really said we have none. Perfectly fine to have run out since it was hot, but it was a tone in her voice and the rude response that I was not appreciative of. These three women were terrible at customer service, ESPECIALLY the one who did not have a name tag, which I'm sure was purposeful, since I'm sure her rudeness and attitude are similar every work day. 8/826 8:30pm
