For the…read moreday of my wedding I had ordered five heaters, the heaters were unmatching (Some were brown, some were silver, and they had different styles, they were not the same) dented and scratched, and two of them did not work. They were very unpleasant looking and cheap, I tried my best to it make my wedding nice and these heaters we're not up to my expectations. The person who dropped them off even admitted to us that two of them were faulty And we're extremely difficult to turn on. My brother and my Wedding Planner spent 30 minutes trying to turn them on. Once I looked outside and saw how ugly they looked I called them About how satisfied I was and I even sent them an email. I still haven't heard of them and it's been two weeks since my wedding! They charged me $380 and the service and the quality of their material it's truly unsafe, they willingly rented us broken Propane powered heaters which is extremely dangerous! I spoke to the man who came to pick up the heaters next day, and I told him to have Diana give me a call or the owner of the business. And still nothing. Once I have photos of my wedding I will post them. I never write bad reviews, but this is extremely wrong of this business please do not order from here. Sad to say they only care about the money and not their products and not even the safety and welfare of those to rent them.

It started to snow and we were NOT going to have thanksgiving without the tent. It was super heavy with big steel posts. ADRIAN said he'd rather refund my money than come back up and move it. Well, he did not come back up and I had to ask my GUESTS to bundle up and move the tent. AND ADRIAN DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY. So upset. Plus it was a janky tent with rips and holes. Our ceremony was held in what was essentially a warehouse space, and I was so nervous about how it was going to look. Sullivan's completely transformed it. They installed beautiful draping, uplighting, and chairs and somehow turned an industrial space into a romantic, beautiful ceremony location. You would never believe what they started with compared to how gorgeous it looked when they were finished. They also transformed the garage at our reception into the most beautiful draped tunnel leading guests into the backyard. It was such a simple space originally, but the draping made the entrance feel intentional, elegant, and special. And then there was the reception! The tables and chairs were beautiful, the cocktail tables looked amazing, and the dance floor was PERFECT. They also handled all of our outdoor lighting, which completely transformed the backyard once the sun went down and created the most beautiful atmosphere. Even the restroom trailer was incredible. It was beautiful, clean, and even played music! One thing that really showed us what kind of company Sullivan's is happened with our ceremony arch. We had planned on moving the arch from the ceremony to the reception ourselves after the ceremony. When Sullivan's realized what we were planning to do, they took it upon themselves to make sure we had an arch at BOTH locations so we would not have to worry about moving anything on our wedding day. We did not even have to ask. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much to us and took one more stressful thing completely off our plate. Their team worked incredibly quickly during setup, everything was ready when it needed to be, and pickup was just as smooth. We never had to worry about any of it. They made the entire rental process completely stress free. Sullivan's did so much more than provide tables and chairs. They helped completely transform our wedding spaces. Looking back at the photos, I am still amazed by what they were able to create. From the ceremony draping and lighting to the beautiful tunnel, tables, chairs, cocktail tables, dance floor, restroom, and gorgeous string lighting, everything came together perfectly. If you are planning a wedding or event, especially if you have a space that needs a little imagination to see its potential, HIRE SULLIVAN'S. I was planning a quinceanera and wanted to see a showroom and some color options for tablecloths. Sandra invited me to see their showroom and made an arrangement for me to see it on a weeknight as I don't work in the area and have a long commute. My wife and I checked out the showroom and liked some options there. We ran through a list of items to quote but were unsure how many tables we would be able to fit in my dog-bone shaped backyard. Sandra and Henry came out a week later to check it out and we made some decisions and paid a deposit. We rented 8 round tables, tablecloths and overlays; 64 chairs and napkins; a 12' X 12' dance floor; 3 large ice chests; a coffee percolator; and string lights. They delivered a day before the party and set up the string lights and dance floor for us and we set up the rest. We had everything we needed and everything worked out as planned. I wish I had taken pictures of the yard before the party started as I was cleaning up to the last minute since Amazon cleaning services failed to show up the day before. Henry showed up the next morning to take the stuff back. I would definitely use them again as they had great customer service, were prompt and on-time and returned telephone calls and text messages. I ended up finding the exact model I wanted for $95 at John Sells Stuff, when the selling price online was around $150 plus tax. I couldn't believe how great the price was, and the kitchen was brand new! I called to check and make sure the kitchen was still available, then drove 30 minutes to get it since it was such a great deal. When I arrived, I walked the entire store and checked out all of their products, which includes various kids' toys that are heavily discounted, Christmas trees, furniture, home improvement products, home appliances, and even pocket knives. You'll have to check out the selection for yourself! I ended up buying a couple of great kids' toys for less than $12 each, as well as a set of foam numbered floor mats for my baby since the pricing was so low at $10 per box, when the price online for the same product and brand was around $25. During checkout, John Sells Stuff even has a rewards program for return customers that I signed up for which is awesome. John helped me carry the large box that the play kitchen was in into my car and loaded it in the back. What great customer service from the owner himself! They have everything from discounted toys, portable air conditioners, light fixtures, rugs, sunscreen, dvds. Pretty much everything you could find at a Walmart type store. Most things have damaged packaging but just inspect it and your good to go! I think they had a sign that says no returns or exchanges so be sure to only buy what you truly want or need. This is not a fancy store. Just concrete floors and big industrial type fans blowing. But you deff could find what you're looking for and save a few bucks! They also have a rewards program you can sign up for. For every X dollars you spend you get points towards a $10 off coupon. I'll be back. Update: Came here again for toys and the guy (new younger one, not the one on my first visit) helped me bring all my stuff to my car. These employees are 5 stars on their customer service.
