Five below is a five star spot in my humble opinion. I've found so many cute personalized gifts for coworkers and acquaintances here. I thought there wouldn't be much for five bucks these days but I was wrong. I have left here with cute shirts, socks, magnets and cups for friends and even sometimes for myself. Life hack...the socks here ended up being better quality than the ones I got at the specialty store in the mall that cost over double. They fit my friend much better than the specialty ones that claim one size fits all. Great job five below! I noticed a great selection in their Nightmare before Chritmas and Star Wars gear. More organized than I thought it would be. Sectioned off pretty well by the types of stuff. We found a cat tunnel with a hanging ball for $4.50. Items are less than or slightly more than $5. Halloween items are already bein displayed. There is an organized rack for phone accessories. The model is prominently displayed at the top of each rack. Makes finding the items easy. Of course, not everything is a 'find'. Some of it is super off brands. I didn't know what some of the items were. Ha, ha. Located in a strip mall/plaza there's nothing different about this Five Below. Typical inventory. What I love is from time to time they have an item that's worth the price tag and then some. I went in hoping to find a speaker table I was told about. Thankfully, the employee let me know it was on Tik Tok so it was sold out. If I had known it was a TT coveted item I wouldn't have bothered. Her telling me kept me from running from one location to the next. I was able to grab a couple of T-shirts for my family so it wasn't a wasted trip. read more

Hello, my name is Stefany and I am a dollar store addict. (Hello, Stefany.) Dollar stores are magic. I regularly get generic household staples from tupperware and fresh produce to seasonal decor and razors at dollar stores and never have issues. The stores are treasure troves and hunting for the best bargains is a grand old time for me. But then I found Five Below, where everything is $5 (and) below, hence the name. The entire store is basically a giant Target Dollar Spot, and I love it. The space is huge, with areas dedicated to workout gear, summer pool toys, board games and puzzles, makeup and skincare, electronic accessories, and even a considerable amount of clothing. Given that I don't live here full time and flew in with a tiny carry-on, there was only so much I could take with me, but this spot instantly comes to mind as a great place to build a gift basket for everyone from your kid's teacher to your new neighbor, or just to gift shop for yourself. The fact that I literally couldn't take it with me was the only thing stopping me from buying up half the store. For bonus points, they also partner with various charities for donations and raffles. Currently, they're promoting Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer- an organization that actually rates high for financial accountability and transparency! read more

Similar to Dollar Tree but better! Went in to just look around and of course left with some purchases. My favorite finds were the gel nail polish, cute boot socks and a basic black dress for Halloween. Is it cheap stuff made in China? Most of it yes it is but definitely a good place for inexpensive stocking stuffers especially for a teen or pre teen. They have a great candy selection better than Dollar Tree. So if you're looking for candy for party bags or piñatas look here. The stores I've been to have always been very clean and neat, not messy at all. I came to this location to do a return on some online items I had purchased. An item was defective and I was just looking to exchange it but the item wasn't in stock at the store so I was willing to substitute it for something else. Buying things online at five below you do not get a receipt just your email confirmation along with when it's delivered. No I didn't have a receipt I wanted to make sure I was able to exchange my items without any problems in store. Speaking with customer service before hand they let me know I was able to make an exchanges or get a refund at any in store location. As always I go in for one thing but end up purchasing more. At the register the cashier was really nice and I let her know about my defective item she was willing to do the exchange but wanted to make sure with her manager that she was handling the exchange correctly. No problem to me I was willing to show my email confirmation and billing information when I had ordered the product online. As soon as the manager walked up to the register the cashier let her know that I didn't have a receipt & I bought it online (obviously I have no receipt because I bought it online) but wanted to make and the first thing that she screams out of her mouth is "she can return it, but she ain't getting no money back". I'm sorry but that tone and way of speaking to any customer in your store is not professional at all. It was very rude first of all and made it seem as though I had nit brought the items and just wanted money back. With my mask I'm sure she couldn't see the expression on my face but I simply just gave her a nice little smile.Because today was not the day and I did not want to say anything I shouldn't have. :) When she looked at me.Myself Working in customer service the last 12 years I know this is no way to speak or treat any customer in your store. the manager here needs a lot more training in customer service And just respect in general . This location just opened up in my neighborhood on May 4. The store is absolutely put together and extremely bright and happy. There were aisles and aisles of $5 and below items for purchase ranging from all the way from home decor to toys. The staff were friendly and helpful. I think I'm going to love shopping here. Very first Five Below I have ever visited. I have never even heard of them until now. After having lunch at across the way of this business I saw someone with bags and bags of stuff as she walked out. I was interested to see what this store was about. My family and I decided to go and it was like being a kid in a candy store. The store is organized and had many items $5 or less. Different variety of items and novelty gifts. It was fun to look at everything they offer. Great place for stocking stuffers and gifts for all ages. I come in this store every other day and never got ran out the store. Rude manager doesn't know how to talk to her customer. Went to use the restroom when I got out I went looking for my boyfriend and I'm walking behind the manager and I see she stops and points at my boyfriend to another employee and shook her head yes. So I stand behind her and see what else she was gunna do. Well we asked a question and she got rude and when we corrected her she got rude and said this is her store and kicked us out.
