I told her that I was just looking at their selection of cards. She then replied that the cards were "on the shelves to sell." My boyfriend then kindly asked her if she would like us to leave. She looked up at him, gave him an awful glare, then went back to her business without saying a word. I was completely shocked by this horribly rude interaction in the store. What small business owner doesn't want people to look in their store? And who feels the need to be so rude to anyone? I would also like to add that we were dressed fairly nice and were being incredibly careful handling the cards. I make cards and stationary, so I would say I'm far more careful than the average customer. Needless to say, I will never be returning to the Pink Giraffe or recommending it to any friends.

They completed it in under 20 minutes for less than $20, with zero attitude and zero drama. The staff there were genuinely puzzled as to why anyone would refuse such a simple request. Minuteman Press apparently has the luxury of turning away easy money and treating potential customers like inconveniences. If you value basic competence, transparency, and being treated with respect, take your business elsewhere. Kinko's will actually do the job.

There are a number of shops at the Pearl, but this appears to be one of the more unique ones. The store feels a bit whimsical and little fantastical. You can find t-shirts, jewelry boxes (not traditional ones but one with Día Dos Muertos faces), stickers, coffee cups, to name just a few items. I almost bought one of those ceramic jewelry boxes, but I talked myself out of it as I have several jewelry boxes without a lot of jewelry. Their prices are very reasonable, so your dollar goes a long ways in this store. The store staff was super friendly and helpful. They can point you to the specific part of the store where you might have an interest in their goods.
