I will say that their selection is not as big as some of the other stores that i've seen, but they still have some great deals. This visit, we got a pan to cook with, a phone charging card, some protein powder and even some beauty products. So customers who do carry backpacks and not purses are not confused or yelled at in the store as the young lady was doing . Over talking aggressive even after I said what I said. But the young lady could use another class in customer service. I see why the ratings are low. If that's how the customer service is. I was in search of a mattress ASAP for my son and spoke with James on the phone who gave me great information. I came into the store shortly after and he helped me select a beautiful quality mattress within my budget. He was not pushy at all and was very knowledgeable about the furniture. They are very reasonable in terms of pricing. They delivered it the next day and the two men who they sent were very professional and helpful (I forget their names but I believe they started with a J as well) and even after a long day of deliveries, still were kind enough to say yes when I asked if they could help me move something upstairs that I could not do on my own. I was able to find a cool tall metal stand that I will use as a base for a bird bath. Some items are priced, but the owner is easily accessible and able to price or answer any of your questions. We met Kirt H., the owner, super friendly and knowledgeable. In the business for quite some time, most items come from home demolitions or were purchased on special trips they made along the way.
