I was able to modify an arrangement in the cooler to add some more holiday cheer and the end result was amazing. It had red roses, asiatic lilies, baby's breath, holiday berries, and more. I never order flowers from a web site-you really need to go in and talk with florists because they can tell you which flowers are fresh and give you ideas that you may not have considered about an arrangement. This commissary tends to have better options than the one on FT Sam. I have found a lot more of the staple items that I like to get, here at Randolph. Also, any of the times that I have shopped here have not been too crowded, which is nice. The store is very well stocked & clean. The layout is not too bad either & better than other commissaries that I have shopped in. Generally speaking, commissary pricing is usually close to what you would pay out on the normal economy, however I have seen some items that have been higher than say, Walmart or HEB. But, the trade off is that you're not paying tax on your groceries here, so it kind of evens out at times. I also appreciate the fact that the times that I have been here, the self-checkout line has not been insanely long. I imagine it probably can be though, depending on what time of day you are shopping. Fortunately, I live about equal distance between here & FT Sam, so I can easily go to either, since they both have different offerings. However, this will definitely be my go to.

It's great to have fresh Asian produce that's reasonably priced - i.e. $1.50-2.50 / lb for leafy greens. $2 for enoki mushrooms. There's also a strong seafood section with live fish. Location is super convenient off of I-35. Parking is easy. I come here once a month or so to restock my Asian groceries.
