This Walmart has a great location, it is clean and the food is good specially the Organic Milk, the Eggs and the Fresh Bread. You can always find good deals and friendly and helpful staff. During my last visit I was not to pleased because while shopping for Christmas gifts for my daughter's I found long sleeve shirts located on a stand all colors and sizes directly above $3.50 sticker prices. When I went to pay it come up to be $7.98 each. While the price is still affordable, I grabbed 6 shirts thinking that the price was $3.50. One of the managers told me she could only do one shirt at $3.50 and the rest at $7.98. I have noticed that in various occasions this same exact situation has happened to me, things are place directly above a price sticker that doesn't belong to that item. I do not like to go to the cashier expecting one price and then it being actually a different price 99.9% of the time more expensive than expected read more

Went there Sunday for a battery replacement they were fast and friendly but one guy stood out Gabe he checked the air pressure and asked if I wanted 32 or 35 and he pulled out a piece of metal that was in the side wall wasn't deep put thank you Gabe you have great customer service skills . I have visited this Walmart numerous times and I've never wrote a review. Each time I visit it's always been clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming which is unusual for a Walmart. Merchandise is always organized. Parking is always available. Stars 1 star for always clean facilities 1 star for availability of merchandise 1 star for friendly staff 1 star for overall experience - star for bathrooms I have not visited the restrooms. read more

I was at Walmart yesterday to get some dip for my son and some food checked out and the door greater was watching me scan everything and I threw my receipt away and started heading out the door the lady stopped me and asked me for it so I told her I threw it away she asked if I can go back and get it I told her no I just wanted to go home haven't been home all day she grabbed my arm then grabbed my cart trying to stop me I told her this is illegal and she tried to stop me again I told her I promise I paid for everything you watched me scan everything. so I just left. this Walmart will probably never get my money again ‍ read more

Was buying a dog kennel and decided to get two small bags of chips. My bf grabbed an apple pie and I hadn't realized that one of my bags of chips didn't scan. Jessica (an associate in scan and go) came and acted like I was trying to steal a .49 cent bag of chips when I was buying a $75 dog kennel. Just disgusting. read more

This is my closest Wal-Mart, but its also very new, and still looks it. Not only that, but the employees here (from the greeters to the pharmacy techs) are actually friendly. The only critique I have is that there aren't enough cashiers at times. read more

Staff is normal, but I have gotten multiple gallons of milk that has started turning black before the expiration date. I have had multiple brands of soft tortilla shells start to get a chemical smell afew days after purchase as well as I had a pack of the Mission brand shells be dried out as soon as I have opened them on the day I purchase them. I have also come across meat that appears to of not been refrigerated properly. The meat will start turning a color or it will be very slimy. It appears as though different products they sale at this store expire before purchase even if it hasn't reached the expiration date. read more

I'm not a fan of Walmart stores and unfortunately there aren't many other options nearby so sometimes I have to come here. Lately they've had someone at the door checking receipts as if it were Costco. I had the person checking receipts say they needed to go through my stuff because I used my reusable bags instead of Walmart bags. I was looking for a stuffed animal and a welcome to the world baby boy balloon for my cousins new born and I was in a rush and walking around the store and I asked numerous employees where the foil balloons were and they all just said the party section. So I searched the party section to no avail. Finally got my wife on the phone and she said to ask the again, in which not 1 but 2 employees blew me off and said they were on their lunch break?! I was so mad and my wife was on the phone and heard the whole conversation. She was more frustrated than me and just told me to leave the store. Needless to say I'm so disappointed in the Cibolo Walmart. Back when I worked in a dIfferent Walmart we were trained better and trained to escort the customer to the item they asked for. Also! Probably the cleanest and most organized Walmart I've been to. They have staff that are friendly. Most of the stuff is organized. I had bought already cooked chicken wings which was really good. We already go the clearance section. It always has some nice stuff on sale. read more

This is the "new" Walmart in the area and I guess it's been here about a year now. It still has that new feel to it. It's different because it has a Burger King in it instead of the usual McDonald's or Subway and it's actually a GOOD BK. Everything is so clean and so easy to find in this Walmart that I might need to start frequenting it instead of 3009. We will see! read more

Love this Walmart. Lines are short and they have a lot of staff. Plus what's not to like about a new Walmart. You can order online and they deliver to your car - so awesome. Parking is great and store is not crowded. Store is clean and everything is so organized. Close to my home. Love it! read more
