the store itself is great but overall why have self checkouts if the employe will still scan all ur items and do the transaction for you

By far the best in the area for custom embroidery. I have a small local business, and I've been…read moregoing to Scribbles Embroidery for about 4 1/2 years for my needs. Had to finally write a review to pass along some accolades. First of all, you walk in this place, and you hear the machines hard at work. I've never walked in and not seen this place humming. I know they get big clients, but I've never felt like my small orders (a dozen hats or some button down shirts w/ my logo) were unimportant. Steven or Megan is always very helpful and good at suggesting products without trying to 'upsell' me, which I can't stand. They digitized my logo when I first had it designed. This means that they translate it so that the embroidery machines can punch it out onto the hat, etc. I didn't know that you had to do this, but they took care of it quickly and cheaply. I do have to admit that during some tighter times last year I called a place in the area (that will remain nameless) to see what their prices were on hats. Scribbles Embroidery beat them by 20% easily. Learned my lesson. One thing that I didn't expect is that they have a very large selection of products in their storefront. Over the years I have seen the place expand quite a bit, and their storefront is now pretty impressive. Last week when I was there, I handed him a shirt off the rack and said "order me 6 of these with my logo." Beat the heck out of just doing the catalog ordering like I have in the past. One day I'll splurge and get my logo on some drink coasters or koozies or something for my clients. They take care of that, too.

Done good work and the products I've asked them to work on. Accountable for mistakes which goes a…read morelong way. Great prices!

The first hour is learning and actually creating your pottery design (planter or bowl) and the second hour is painting it. The instructor was patient and super helpful especially for first timers! I will have to pick it up in a week or two, but I will definitely be back and take the 4 week class and I like that the classes are small.

One of my friends did her babies feet prints on a tile to put in her future home. Another did decorations for her house, and me and the other friend painted custom mugs. prices are around 12 $ for small ornaments and things most small dishes/ items are around 28$, up to 100+ for larger pieces. really awesome considering you are making a custom pottery piece that is already built for you and they do all the work, you just get to paint it. staff is super sweet and it was totally worth it. we just walked in. Would make really good gifts/ keepsakes. Love the theme nights they have, so many options. very detailed instructions so you dont have to be scared if its your first time.10/10 recommend

My daughter had been looking forward to coming here all week during Spring Break. We arrived and…read morethere was large party in the private area but just a few customers on the walk in side. I went to the counter to see what we needed to do, and the young lady was checking out customers and an older gentleman was also behind the counter with her. A younger man also walked up behind the counter as we were standing there. No one offered any information or assistance as we stood there to the side. I eventually asked her if we needed to do anything specific since we were just standing there to the side and she said "oh, sorry! I thought you were with the large party." She gave us instructions to select our pieces and then have a seat and someone would be with us to do the next step. We selected our items and had a seat. The two gentlemen were still around the counter or back and forth to help other customers with paint, etc. I made eye contact with both of them and they both turned away at several engagements. After about 8-10 minutes of no one coming to our table, my 9 year old looked at me and said, "Mom, I feel like no one wants to help us, and they've seen us sitting here for a while." WOW. An experience I NEVER want my child to have. We put our pieces back carefully, and left. I hate that was her experience especially because she was really looking forward to it, and there aren't many opportunities like this in our area, but I won't bring her back to be ignored.
