What I appreciated, is that they didn't upsale me into that product since I had all ready cleaned my carpets on my own 6 months prior and the sales rep indicated I wouldn't benefit to do that service which would be an additional $60.00 even though I really wanted to do so. This company advertises that their cleaning process uses less water therefore the carpet dries faster. However, the cleaning process also does not pick up any dirt. The cotton pads that are supposed to pick up the dirt only serve to smear it around. I used a $200 Hoover Steam Vac to clean the carpet myself after ChemDry left and picked up a ton more dirt. Don't waste your money on this company! Stick with one of the steam cleaners. read more

I am very happy with the results. They were able to remove some black marks that were on the edges of each of the carpeted stairs. Marks that the "other" carpet cleaners could not remove last June.
