The service was very good, friendly and knowledgeable. We had the Margarita pie and the Sausage and Broccoli Rabe pie. My husband is a pizza snob and he LOVED the broccoli rabe pie. Both pizzas were cooked perfectly with generous amounts of cheese. The margarita pie had just the right amount of basil. But the star of the show for us was the sausage/broccoli pie! We had never had broccoli rabe on a pie before. The broccoli rabe was tender, well seasoned, and had a floral note to it, the crust was chewy with just the right amount of char and the sauce added just the right acidity. The only thing we felt was lacking (slightly) was the sausage. It was so mild that you almost couldn't taste it. It was cooked well and no gristle at all - just lacking that sausage flavor that you expect when you order sausage on your pizza. Regardless we would and WILL order it again. We will definitely be back and strongly recommend Coletti's if you are in the area. If Coletti's is looking to expand - please come to Portland!

Their miso soup has become a regular part of my weekly routine (and by weekly, I mean multiple times a week). The salad comes with a creamy ginger dressing that is ridiculously flavorful, and my partner is completely obsessed with the gyoza--especially the dipping sauce that sneaks in just the right amount of kick. Every hot dish we've ordered has been packed with flavor and arrives absolutely piping hot. The bento boxes, ginger steak bowl, and lo mein have all been consistently delicious. And the sushi? Fresh, generous, and stuffed to the brim. Honestly, the hardest part about Ichiban is convincing myself not to eat there several times a week. Save yourself the suspense--just go.
