I am a huge fan of Five Guys French Fries and the Fries are the only item that I eat from there. While the Fries are delicious, the server are not always very courteous at the Biddeford location. Today's visit was not pleasant and leave me to consider whether I may ever return to this location. My Large order of Fries was more of a medium with a barely filled cup and no overflow. We all know the the cups are usually spilling over with overflow in paper bag. I felt the server intentionally cheated me out of the fries as he knew it was my order and was not very nice as he was overwhelmingly nice to the white gentleman whom he served before me and ironically I watched him give an extra cup of overflow ...sad to see this....so dissatisfied and disappointed. read more

Five guys is good but it's really a shame that their hours are only til 4pm... what kind of business is that for burgers and fries? Morning til 4? That's ridiculous and silly. Too bad. I enjoy the gimmicks at Five Guys. I snack on the whole salted peanuts. I mix a concoction of lite strawberry lemonade + diet raspberry Sprite for that fizz. A dieter can't have a single burger with grilled veggies, lettuce and tomato for modest calories or they can have a veggie sandwich (but why go to 5 Guys for that?). Of course five guys is always great for food but there was a man working the register today at 11:25am with a super sunny demeanor that was very nice and patient with me while ordering and even asked me how my day was going then another customer spilled his milkshake and without asking and the cashier brought him a napkin without being prompted... it's rare nowadays to feel like a person actually cares! At any other location these are my favorite fast food burgers, but the Biddeford location has become a disappointment. A few weeks ago I went and ordered my usual (just a little cheeseburger, lettuce and mayo--real simple), I got home and there was no lettuce at all. It was disappointing but I didn't think much of it since it was a small thing that had only happened once. I went back tonight and got the same order, this time I got home and unwrapped my burger to find barely any cheese and two pieces of lettuce no bigger than a quarter. I certainly wouldn't bash on Five Guys as a whole, like I said--my favorite fast food burger. But I'm definitely becoming very disappointed in this location. read more

Wow!!! Unbelievably amazing good and great people. I could not have ask for better service and a cleaner establishment. From the moment I opened the door I was welcomed by a nice few young ladies. The one whom took my order was name Brianna she's was polite very friendly made me feel as if I walked into my families home for the holidays. It was just the feeling I need that day. She took my order. Her manners were great and as I walked away even the other young lady was nice and polite to me. It felt great to walk into a place like this again. Everyone was so hard at work. The food was fresh. It was hot. It was filling. This is deffintly the place my husband and his work friends would eat at. I loved how everyone was being friendly to each other. Making jokes. Having a great time and everyone had a smile. We need people like this in today's world. Great job 5 guys. You rocked it. I will most certainly be back. read more
