Overall experience is that they are overpriced for the quality of the burger. The service was great and the gentleman that took our order was very attentive to ensure he capture everything correctly. I had the mini bacon burger and added mushrooms, ketchup, mustard, pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes. The burger was soggy and the bread was not holding up with the burger. The burger was just ok, the bacon was not crispy. The fries were nice and crispy and there were plenty of fries for a regular size. The average price for a meal is about $24 if you a small burger (not the regular burger), regular fries and a drink. They also have peanuts you can have while you wait for your order, they are self service.

had a great experience very clean inside and the young men have a way of getting everything done step by step. cleaning, putting on the toppings and cooking. burgers came out very good. fries were okay seemed very oiled though. the soda machine doesn't have like the right taste in the sodas.

This is the guy cooking the burgers, note the hair is over the grill.

This is definitely one of the better Five Guys establishments that I have been to. I'll start off the negative, the only reason I'm dinging it a star is because of the price. 7.19 for a Bacon Cheese Dog is pretty high in my opinion, for most of us Chicagoans we're use to hot dogs that are in the range of 2.50 - 5.00 bucks for hot dogs at other places. Again just dinging it for price when it comes to taste that split dog grilled with that cheese and crispy bacon was fantastic. The french fries I don't know what the craze is about them, I got the cajun version, thought they were good but nothing I'd hype about, my brother seemed to like it a lot. Now when it comes to the burger. My brother and I both got Bacon Cheeseburgers with various different toppings. He got his with Jalapenos, onions, mayo, and mustard. I got mine with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, tomatoes, mayo and a1 steak sauce. Both burgers were phenomenal but I just don't see myself spending almost 10 bucks on a burger (9.69) without it including fries when at sit down places I've spent that much and it typically includes fries or something else. I'd still come back and treat myself another time or two within the year but don't see it as a burger place I'd visit often just because the price. Customer service, now I had to end it off at this. The employees that were working on 9/31/2019 were off the chain!!!! Tons of energy and overall just brought a good vibe to the atmosphere. Sign me up to hang out with them at a party sometime!!!! Lol but in all seriousness, super amazing staff that made the overall experience so much better. There's a reason I'm still giving this place 4 stars, if you don't mind the price, definitely give these guys a try at least once!!!!

My husband and I had never been to a Five Guys and after hearing a lot of good things about it we decided to check this location out. We arrived fairly late in the evening and a few employees were already starting the evening cleaning tasks but the counter employee was welcoming and friendly. He easily answered the questions we had about the menu. We grabbed a table on the small patio outside. Our food was ready very quickly and everything was to our order. The food was good and I do think it is a little better tasting and quality than a regular fast food restaurant. The burger was loaded with toppings and it was messy but I think that is the point at Five Guys. But I just didn't love the food. I would go again if I am craving a fast food burger.

This location is hit or miss. Love their good fries, but their burgers are just okay. And it's too expensive.

Rude, rude, rude. Swearing loudly while talking to each other. Food was ok but definitely not worth the premium price. Never coming back

The hotdog I ordered was tasty....but $65 for a hotdog, little burger, burger, grilled cheese and 2 fries. Ridiculous.

We ordered the 2 dogs and fries for 8$ and as always- the Chicago Dog does not disappoint. We added funnel cakes for dessert but I wouldn't do that again- so, so greasy. We also tried the Greek salad wrap with chicken and I wouldn't order that again- feta, lettuce, olives and chicken w Greek dressing.

Most people get the hot dogs obviously. There's also lots of other grilled classics like burgers and that kind of stuff. Coming here the first time, know that it's pretty far away from the other popular places in town in the middle of nowhere almost. It's almost surrounded by nothing, but there's a few things around obviously. This is kind of close to the Snap-On plant. Look for that when coming here. The menu is mostly hot dogs but there's lots more to get though. It's $5 to get a veggie dog. With a combo it's $11 and includes a drink and fries. Cool. This is a way to get a lot for not a lot. Get some hot dogs and more from this classic drive in. It's on State Route 176 at Valley View Road. There's plenty for mystery meat eaters and vegetarians.

I really found it cool that they had lots of different Sundaes available and some were in a layered form in a cup and others were a more traditional sundae. Next time I definitely want to try out one of their unique sundaes some of the ones that stuck out to me was a coconut one and strawberry shortcake one. They all also had individual drawings along with what was in them to describe the sundaes, which I thought was really, really cute. I really liked that this place is not cookie cutter. It is just what I would've imagined an ice cream shop would've been like in the 80s and 90s, tons of personality. There was a good amount of seating around the ice cream shop that you could enjoy your treat at. I ended up going with a dipped cone and I chose the cake batter dip and it was really good. They had about 10 different things. You could dip the soft serve ice cream cones in. I will definitely be back!
