The FRESHEST Chick Fil A I have ever had. Service was wonderful too, Ben deserves a raise.

This CFA location had an upgrade during the Covid shutdown. Well worth the long wait to finally go *inside*! The main entrance from the parking lot is squared off whereas before it was cantered, facing the ordering area. This allows for a queue line that is centered to the cashiers. It also allows for an employee entrance along the wall where we used to go up for drink refills. They added a long, tall community table in the dining area. Don't get scared by the new trash can. It opens by itself! Come see all these upgrades for yourself. This location is very nice and comfy! What didn't change? Their fabulous customer service and their delicious food are all still the same.

Service is excellent! They anticipate your needs without even asking. I headed towards the counter to ask for a refill and when Josiah saw me, it's as if he read my mind and I didn't even have to ask! The girl with glasses in pigtail braids (didn't get her name) brought me my food and asked if there was anything else she can get me. It's like dining at a sit down restaurant . One time I bought a drink and the manager noticed that it wasn't full so she asked the kid to fill it up. They also double bagged my ice without me having to ask. They have a nice patio with eight tables with umbrellas. Oh and I love their unsweetened iced tea mixed with diet lemonade!

Even the Po Po like the Chick!

Went here on opening day- not as bad as I thought it would be. I had the #4 which is a spicy chicken combo and it was really good. Great customer service: check Lots of friendly faces: check Bringing a pop refill to me: really nice They also gave me a coupon for a free breakfast item. Score!

Sunday "Father's Day... Worst Restaurant Experience!…read moreMy son and grandson wanted to take me out for a Father's Day lunch and we chose The Chick and the Pig since we never ate there. We got there around 12:30, ordered our food by phone (because there is no wait staff other than a bar tender), pay for the food via phone, and waited a hour only to be told that there was no food left. Customers that came in after us had ordered and ate but not us. Finally my son went up to the kitchen window to ask why we didn't get our food. The kitchen staff told my son "We ran out of food". One would figure that there would have been some type of announcement made instead of leaving us and some other customers hanging but, nobody said a peep. This was the worst experience we've ever had at any restaurant! How can this place even operate without a wait staff and run out of food soon after it opened for the day. It simply was not busy enough to run out of food. Seems to me that the underlying problem is the owner and management. One thing I do know is that I will never go to this restaurant again nor their other restaurant Bold American Fare. Thanks Chick and the Pig for leaving us hungry and for giving us a very bad experience on Father's Day!!

I get the sense that I'll be a repeat customer after having just such an experience. Aside from the smile, I saw a restaurant that's clean and inviting. But that only covers me walking in the door. Let me just jump to the food. I got 20 wings, bone in, breaded. They were made fresh and handed over steaming hot in an aluminum tray (they were meaty and delicious). I also got a cheeseburger, which was just loaded with toppings in the best way; nothing fancy, just a burger that you can't put down, half because it's so good, half because it's best to keep it all contained in your hands. It's great to see this restaurant here and I look forward to stopping in again soon to try even more options.

A Disastrous Dining Experience…read more After months of anticipation, the grand opening finally arrived. Eager to experience the hype, my family and I placed an order, expecting a culinary adventure to rival the best Chicago has to offer. Unfortunately, our dining experience quickly turned into a nightmare. The first red flag was the missing items from our order. Despite being ordered directly from their website, these items weren't simply overlooked, they knew they didn't have any suggesting a lack of attention to detail and potentially poor organization within the restaurant. However, the most alarming issue was the under-cooked food. The bone-in chicken was served raw and bloody, posing a serious health risk. It was a shocking oversight that could have had dire consequences. Even the boneless wings, which should have been a safer option, contained bone fragments large enough to cause injury. The flavor profile of the dishes was equally disappointing. The mac and cheese, a comfort food staple, was bland and lacked any discernible seasoning. In fact, most of the food seemed under-seasoned, leaving a muted and unsatisfying taste. It's disheartening to witness a new restaurant with such potential fall short in such a fundamental way. While I understand the challenges of opening a new business, it's crucial to prioritize food safety and quality. Serving under-cooked food is not only unacceptable but also dangerous. I hope that this restaurant takes this feedback seriously and implements necessary changes to improve their food preparation and service. It's essential to invest in proper training for kitchen staff and establish rigorous quality control measures. As a customer, I expect to receive food that is not only safe but also delicious. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I urge others to exercise caution when considering dining here until they can consistently deliver a quality product.

I had no lunch plans and I knew exactly what I wanted for lunch. I arrive and the girl at the counter was having a bad day and I could tell. She avoided all any eye contact with me, she did not want to engage in any small talk and she was there to receive a pay check and that was that. Ok fine, I get it we all have bad days, just get me my food then. I ask her "how spicy is the spicy check wings?" So goes, "they are alright spicy." WTF, I'm giving a puzzling look and I'm not sure how to respond to that statement but whatever, I get it your cat died, your bf just broke up with you, your car insurance just went up 5%, sure I get it. I place an order for the spicy chicken wings and I wait. I take in the ambiance and it's a great place to chill and grab some bubble tea and lunch. I wait about ten mins and my wings are ready! When I walked up to get my wings I noticed there was some mochinut and I had to get some! I get three flavors, strawberry, taro, and green tea and then I head home to sample the food with my family. First up were the wings, they were scary looking but in a spicy kind of way. Was my stomach and whatever after comes after ready for these wings? I sure hope so! So I went in for my first bite and I was pleasantly surprised. The wings were super good! The flavoring and everything was fire, flame, hit the spot good. And the spice level was 'alright' (see what I did there?), it had a kick but nothing that my kids couldn't handle. My wife enjoyed the wings as well and she said they were good. I'm glad I stopped by and got the fried chicken wings to try because they were amazingly delicious and I'll be back for more. I finished off my lunch and tried some mochinut and they were good as well and you don't have any complaints from me on the food. The service on the other hand, get a new girl who wants to come to work and put on a smile. Like I said I understand we all have bad days but for me to write it in my review it must have been really bad. Great job on the food Cloud Tea. Happy to have you guys in the area and keep up the good food. You've earned your 4 start review.

This is real meat, not ground up chicken parts repurposed, breaded and fried. So if you want the best boneless chicken wings, this is the only option that exists currently. SO EFFING cool that you can decide your heat level on your normal types of sauces. I go hot Garlic-Q (used to Atomic but I'm old now so my stomach has said no more) but that combo is delish. Then they have specialty ones and the blueberry is so good but not something I would get on the reg. The Ghost Pepper Ranch is INSANLEY good. But the heat is THERE and that is when I have off maybe the next day that my mouth and stomach have a truce. Because it is a flavor I've never experienced in my life. Service above par as well, really nice and attentive. That being said, I miscalc'd and didn't tip enough, my bad and I will make it up next time! The parking lot is a $#@%&!@# so prepare for that but it is worth it. Get the Garlic-Q boneless wings with the heat level you want. You will not regret it.
