This is the NEXT LEVEL! Of all the places to get chicken, Sticky Fingers is the one. I almost missed them, because they are tucked away but when I saw that illuminated sign, I knew I was in the right spot. The customer service is top tier. The staff are upbeat and crack jokes with all the patrons. The music was on point... early 2000s RNB. The inside of this spot is super clean, with stool seating along the walls and 2 tables in the middle. To the right is a really cool selfie wall, with their logo and black/red roses. But the chicken... . Fresh Moist Tasty You get to choose three sauces from a board of endless possibilities. The "Original Chicago" and the "The Smoking Hot Honey" were my personal faves. One of my friends told me about this restaurant and I finally took the drive here and it was worth every bit. The food was finger licking delicious. I understand why they call it. Sticky fingers now. Great customer service great conversation great vibe. Everything was just wonderful. I got a chance to meet the owner when I was walking out the door because he just arrived. The young young lady was amazing. You don't find too many young kids who's working at a fast food restaurant with good customer service thank you so much. I forgot to get her name. It was good but it's not a place I'd go out of my way for. The sauces were tasty and the wings were large. The chicken tenders were basic. The online menu wasn't overly clear either. One version seemed to indicate I could get salt and vinegar on my wings but when i went to order, the option was sauces only. They also packed 4 cold sodas on top of a hot container of wings, so had this been delivered to us that would have made for some pretty soggy wings. We tried the chicken tenders, the shrimp and the catfish. The chicken tenders and the shrimp were 5/5. The chicken was moist, both were flavorful, the sauces were amazing. These two alone would earn the place five stars. but then there was the fish, overly fishy taste, not the best fried fish. very low quality, especially compared to the other two items. 1/5. would 100% recommend this place, hidden gem in Carpentersville across from the old Springhill mall on 31 next to Aldi. Great friendly service and freshly prepared food. Clean, open kitchen. Lots of choices for sauces and dry rubs. I was a little confused if you get both or one or the other? Anyhow, wings were solid, we sampled 3 different sauces and all were great. I got the garlic Parmesan shrimp as well. As someone that orders chicken wings from a large selection of restaurants, these are among the best I've ever had. I can't easily describe it, it's a combination of flavor and seasoning, crunch but not overwhelmed with breading or crust, wing size and quality, scratching the itch when you have the taste for it. I ordered them with BBQ sauce on the side, and was very pleased. The fries are solid, if fairly common, but they were seasoned well. The catfish and shrimp, again, a complete home run. On the inside, it is really quute nice. It is clean, has nice custom seating, and a branded backdrop for selfies. The chicken is fresh, moist, and delicious. Among the sauces they offer is a chicago favorite that is bafflingly elusive in the suburbs: mild sauce! For which they have 3 different heat levels. I lit up with joy when I saw they had mild sauce. 1000% would recommend! Having grown up in Chicago, I'd been looking for a decent place to get wings from and this place exceeded every expectation! The food is made to order, they're open late (which is SO hard to find in this area, and everything is seasoned perfectly. The sauces aren't over powering and you can tell their fry oil is properly maintained. And! The wings aren't soaked in sauce, which is probably the biggest selling point for me. Their banana pudding is also on point! Ordered it on a whim when we first tried this place, and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Tonight was our third time ordering and the food has been consistently delicious each time. We ordered 10 boneless and 10 bone for pickup and I couldn't help myself so I scooped up four banana puddings when I got there.
