I also tried their Bison Burger which I ordered medium and it arrived with charred, burned and very crunchy meat on the outside but better on the inside with a side of charred and burned green beans... I will be sticking with the food on the Manci's Antique Club side! Ultimately the food on the Manci's side is far superior to me. The same folks that own Callaghan's Irish Social Club in Mobile have taken over Manci's and added the pizza addition of Buster's Brick Oven.
