I am slightly obsessed with the Philly Cheesesteak from Lenny's. The meat, cheese, and onions are cooked together on a griddle to make melty, cheesey deliciousness! The meat is cut thinner and possibly shaved, and the sandwich is loaded and the meat is so tender! The cold sandwiches are great, too, and the toppings are super fresh. The sandwiches are customizable except for heating. They don't have an oven or toaster, so cold sandwiches can't be toasted. Every time I visit, the staff are friendly and helpful. The store is clean, and there are great weekly deals and promotions offered through the app. read more

A great place for a quick lunch, friendly people, and a fresh tasting sandwich. I stopped in on a Monday around noon, and was in and out in no time. I ordered a 7inch Italian "Lennys way" with jalapeno chips and a drink. The bread was fresh as were the meat, cheese and toppings. The place stayed pretty busy, but was also quiet inside while I was there. I would come back. read more

I've seen the drive thru menu several times while at a neighboring business but didn't realize it was a sub shop. AND it has a drive thru?! I'm in! The teenager wanted a Philly and immediately thght of this place. I had noticed the chicken Philly menu posted out front. I purchased one meal of each. Kinda a funky drive thru but once you get around the building, easy enough. Both Phillies were packed and very tasty. Onions, peppers! This was my first trip to Lennys subs. I was NOT DISAPPOINTED! I got a 10" steak and cheese with tomato. My wife got a medium 7.5". We both had more than we could eat! The service was quick and wonderful. Very friendly staff that had my order ready when I got there. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I got more than value for my money. I received the best steak sandwich I've had down south. This will be our new sub shop. Only thing I didn't appreciate was the 15% tip the app automatically puts on if you don't change it. read more

Customer service was lacking when I found my internet order was from a location much further away than shown when I selected the Lenny's down the street, .4 miles away on internet ordering. The distance and the address were not in sync. It actually brought up the distance of the closest location but with the address of a different one. There was no question in management's mind that I would have to take extra time away from work to drive across town for my sandwich even though both locations have the same owner. No offer of a refund. To be fair I gave the business 3 stars as I am not reviewing the food at this time. read more

I was so looking forward to the usual great sub. Not today :(. Maybe I should have ordered my Italian like always.

I went to the drive up after a very disappointing doctor visit to get a quick sandwich before returning to work. It was very rainy outside and as I pulled up to the awning a very sweet young lady assisted me. Out of the blue this man approached the window and said "Turn off your windshield wiper you're getting us all wet in here!" It's not so much what he said but it was in such a rude voice. There was a sign in the top corner that asks customers to turn off their wipers in the rain but I did not see it at first. I have been a customer at this particular Location for years and highly take offense at the treatment I was given. Common courtesy is to treat others the way you would like to be treated. You never know what kind of day someone is having and your actions could make it extra bad!! I will not give this restaurant any of my business again. read more

Ordered from online an hour in advance and went to the front of the store and was proceeded to be told that I needed to go to the drive through. And then they said that they have made my order and then made me wait only to give cold sandwiches with poor quality and two of them were the wrong order. Nice people that work there. Great service. I usually get the #6 that is the Deluxe club. Very good sandwich. The only reason they are not getting a fifth star is because of their so called philly sandwiches. I gave it three different shots and will never order one again. Hardly any onions and I didn't see any peppers. All I got for cheese was a thin slice that was put in the bun prior to the meat going in. I barely noticed it. It dang sure doesnt look like their pic of their philly plastered all over the walls. I want that sandwich, not the bland meat and bread that I was served to me on 3 occasions. I'll go to Jersey Mikes for a REAL Philly sandwich. All of the other sandwiches that I have tried have been spot on though. The philly just needs work. read more

We were in the mood for Italian subs and remembered having passed Lenny's a number of times. Although we weren't familiar with this chain, we decided to give it a try. Our sandwiches were very good -- they slice their meats and cheeses to order for each sandwich and all of their ingredients are high quality and very fresh. The place is also very clean, the service is great and the prices are very reasonable.I don't know if all Lenny's locations are this good, but we'd certainly recommend this one. read more

I have eaten at Lenny's all over the country but this one in particular is the best one I have eaten at by far. The staff always greets you when you enter. The sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. Other sub restaurants I have eaten at have good sandwiches but there is just something about this Lenny's. The meat and bread are always way above par. So I normally do not make reviews but I came into Lennys a few weeks ago, it was around 8pm and I was one of the only customers in there. Although the food was good, the behavior of a particular employee completely appalled me. I waited only a few minutes for my sandwiches to be made and in those few minutes this employee loudly and obnoxiously dropped the f bomb along with other crude and obnoxious language and behavior. I am very glad I didn't bring my daughter into this "family friendly" environment. I do want to point out that the manager of the night did make it appoint to apologize for that persons behavior, however I feel like if the owner wants to keep his customers, he should be wise when hiring young children. This is completely unacceptable and was not the first time.. with that same employee. The other workers were obviously upset with this person and that is why I want to make it a point to only call out that particular employee. If you want your business to succeed, hire better employees. I'll take my money elsewhere. read more
