Located just north of the 10fwy off Sierra exit near Kaiser hospital. Accessible if you're heading north on Sierra but if heading south on Sierra will need to make a U turn at nearest intersection. Staff are all very friendly snd efficient. Dining in we were fortunate enough to find a larger area to accommodate everyone inside. Drive thru was wrapping around the building nonstop during our visit. It's a popular spot. Our selections were tasty to perfection. Fresh, crisp veggies, Fries well done nice crispy crunch. 9/4/26 In n Out Fontana CA... this was my first time at this In-N-Out. I had a cheeseburger, no onions, add pickles and mustard and fries. Both my cheeseburger and the fries were cooked perfectly and tasted so good! The service here was good. The cashiers were nice. I asked someone to clean her table and she came out pretty quick to do that. The restaurant was clean inside and out. The friends I met with we all had a great time. This In-N-Out Burger is near the Kaiser Fontana facility. It has an easy to navigate drive-thru line. My usual go to is a double meat with extra onion, fries, and a Cherry Coke. The burger was made deliciously. The fries were hot from the fryer so I waited a minute for them to cool down. I did not go inside since I usually like to use the drive-thru and eat in my car. I can see the parking lot was well maintained and clean. Easy access back onto Sierra. Definitely a good location to go to if in the area. read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but this location has me fed up. In-N-Out is and always has been one of my favorite burger spots, but this Fontana location is straight up terrible. The line is usually long (which is expected), but even when it's short, my food is STILL cold by the time I get home and I live literally two minutes away. There's absolutely no excuse for that. The patties are dry and overcooked, and the lettuce sad little soggy shreds or they'll give you one piece of the saddest lettuce they have that instantly ruins the burger. If it was ever warm to begin with, that mushy welted lettuce makes it even worse. It honestly feels like they don't care about quality at all here. Do yourself a favor and drive to Redlands or Baldwin Park if you actually want a good In-N-Out burger. Once you've had one from Baldwin Park especially, you'll immediately realize how bad this Fontana location really is. Night and day difference. I guess everyone had the same idea as me lol The line was crazy, and took about 25 minutes just sitting in the line. Not super efficient if you are on your lunch break and don't have much time. I ordered a grilled cheese, no onions; animal style French fry with extra cheese and a side of sauce; and a medium soda. The animal style fry was perfectly delicious! The burger was good too, but I removed the lettuce. It was wilted and didn't taste fresh. The burger was edible just didn't taste the most fresh. Still overall, good place to go for a yummy meal! But just be careful with the long line. If you are on your lunch break, this may not be the best option. read more

I stopped here while visiting family just a couple miles away. I was heading back to Vegas and wanted my In-N-Out fix before the 3+ hour solo drive. The drive-thru line was typical for In-N-Out.....very long! I opted to eat inside. Well, that was also not a good idea because when I walked in, the line of people was even longer than the drive-thru line, and the only table that was available was filthy. It took about 5 minutes of standing in line before it was my turn to order, then another 20 minutes before I got my "fast food." I know this is one of southern California's most popular food chains, because every location is always busy. While I was waiting for my food, I couldn't help but notice how dirty the restaurant was. I've been to many In-N-Outs before, and this one is probably the dirtiest. There was food and trash on the floors, and the tables were not being kept up with in terms of being cleaned off as customers left to accommodate the rush of people. Every in n out has the same qualities. Great staff, great service, great food, accurate orders and excellent pricing. The one thing that stands out differently is how fast they can turn out customers. This location has all of those standards. 07/25/2018 Line out to the street. Doesn't seem to be too efficient as to how the line is formed for the drive-thru. I entered in the next driveway and went all the way around the building for a nice parking spot. Closest to the door with no other car nearby. Seems like an older building so this location must have been here a while. Seems like more people want to sit in the drive-thru instead of free air conditioning. Love this location, the food is on point every time. The fries I had here last time were perfectly fried and so fresh, I was very impressed. The service is great of course. The only down sides are the small lot so sometimes the drive through line stretches out onto the road which is a bit annoying. But when that happens I like to park and order inside and I've found that's quicker than sitting in the drive through. In-N-Out is a staple and extremely popular, which has definitely heightened its demand. This location and many locations are no stranger to long lines or cars peering out of the drive thru. Of course, what to order, there's definitely the standard, but I usually go for animal style fries and burger, while sharing the fries. I've also enjoyed the protein burger, which removes the bread and they do offer grilled cheese sandwiches. The grilled cheese is the bun with cheese and their spread-- good for kids. Drink wise, you have the option of milkshakes, soda, or pink lemonade. I enjoy a small chocolate milkshake at times or pink lemonade, both are extremely tasteful. Cost wise, this place won't break the bank, but if you get the upgrades in fries and opt for a milkshake, then it puts you in the $8-$12 range for a meal. If you split the fries and just order another burger and drink, it puts you under $20, which is very affordable. read more
