We came when they were receiving a delivery close to 30 mins after opening. According to our receipt, we were first that day. More people kept coming in after that. Everyone there worked fast to get orders out. Restaurant was clean. I ate brunch and only wanted a chocolate milkshake and fries. So far, it's the chocolate flavor I enjoy in a milkshake. Fries were fine as other Five Guys. Husband's burger looked good and he enjoyed it. Will be back to try a burger as well. read more

Interior is consistent with the red and white checked tile decor, bags of Idaho Potatoes lining the walk way, and boxes of self-serve, peanuts. They're almost known more for their heaping helpings of fresh cut Idaho Potatoes. where they post daily where their potatoes are from. Their hamburgers are made fresh daily, and never frozen beef here! One sign with a quote from the Atlanta Business Chronicle states, "....there isn't a freezer in the joint." You'll find plenty of toppings to choose from, about 13. If you prefer a hotdog, kosher style dog, veggie sandwich, grill cheese or BLT, they have that too! WAAAAAY overpriced! Go here only if you want to get robbed. We paid $43 for 2 small burgers, fries & sodas. WHAT?! That would be $86 for a family of 4 to eat here. For burgers & fries!!! The food is good- burgers taste like In n Out Burger on the west coast- but not worth that price. Absolutely ridiculous, especially in this economy. Don't bother ordering ahead on the app, you'll still have to wait an extra ten minutes when you arrive, as well as pay the online "convenience" fee. Past four times I've gone I've had to wait anywhere from ten to twenty minutes. Food is still good but not worth the money anymore. Five Guys is already expensive, but it used to be worth it. I absolutely love five guys but I was very disappointed with the service I had today. Due to COVID-19 I had to do a curbside pick up, which I was fine with, I filled out my order and it asked for what my car looked so they could bring it out to me. Ten minutes go by and I still don't have my food, I finally went inside and it was just sitting there on the counter, they said to me, you were supposed to come in. So we were order #2 this morning. Five Guys was what our 'dads' wanted. We all ordered. I had a bacon cheese dog but without the bun . I have a gluten allergy. Our order came and my hotdog had a bun on it. Because it's an allergy , I couldn't just pick off the bun. Took it back to the counter and they said they would fix it. My family finished their meal and I was waiting and waiting. I finally went up and asked if they forgot me. Nope. It had been sitting at the counter for a while but they hadn't called out or anything. Then I had to watch the young girl glove up. Get me a knife and fork, grab a mustard and bag my food. It took her a bit. I said ' oh it's for here' and was told everything has to be bagged. By the time I got back to the table everyone was ready to go ... instead they hot to sit and watch me eat. Went there for lunch recently on a work day. There were no other customers in the place when I arrived which Is astonishing considering it was a pay day. The tables were covered with trash. Also, they are embarrassingly over priced and the burger was barely better than BK. Will never go back. Go anywhere else. read more

Today was my sons 10th Birthday and he asked for Five Guys...So I went online to the website to place the order. The online site says that they deliver so I placed the order which came to about 97.00$. I waited for the delivery on the live tracker and the delivery driver from Doordash kept driving by my house and stole the food. I called Five guys and they told me there was nothing they could do about it once the food left the location because it was a third party delivery service. I was crushed that someone from Doordash stole the food. I called the Five guys customer service number to see what we could do about my food being stolen and they took a report. Five minutes later I got a call from the manager and she asked me a few questions about the order. The manager was awesome and she told me to come up to the store and that she would have my order ready for me as well as some free shakes. I am very pleased with the way Five Guys handled the situation but will never use Doordash for anything. To the driver who stole the food for my sons Birthday, if you ever read this, we still had our party and we still ate Five Guys and I forgive you. read more

I went there today and was almost completely disappointed. Gee wiz!! I asked for mustard and ketchup...but not 2gallons of it. The burgers were so got dam soggy because they used way too much ketchup and mustard. The fries were also soggy as shit! The staff were kids and they were playing a lot!
