The people that work are absolutely amazing. Great customer service! The atmosphere is chill, plenty of room to sit down, about as much as a chipotle. The food was to drool for. Amazing food, serving size is a little small but the chips are made in house, queso is packed with flavor. Definitely a must try if you like chipotle. I think this place is better quality! No complaint AT ALL. Other than the price. To eat here for 2 people was 36$ which i think is a little crazy (before tip). Heck thats a restaurant bill not a fast food bill. Must try, you could think its worth it!

The Hawaiian Chicken Tacos did not disappoint!

My hubby & I love stopping here for a quick bite! The staff is always friendly. The food is always fresh and very tasty! The Hawaiian Chicken Tacos are what's for dinner tonight! Clean dining room and plenty of natural light (that's important to me). We love the Western Blvd (Jacksonville, NC) location!

The food is delicious. I always look forward to getting the chicken nachos and aloha bowl. It's different than other places with similar wait times. Sometimes you have to wait of course in a long line because they make it front of you. Some of these reviews are ridiculous though. Your mad at grub hub for how long your order took so you gave three stars but the food is good. Isn't grub hub a different entity in itself? Shouldn't you be reviewing grubhub instead? Kind of confused.

You can choose a bowl, a wrap, or a pita. They do offer sandwiches and other items as well. I decided on a bowl. I chose yellow rice instead of quinoa. I was able to have a few small samples to help make a decision. I also had lamb, chicken, garbanzo beans, spinach, three different hummus (feta, traditional, roasted eggplant), lettuce, tomato, feta, cucumbers, naan, and tzatziki over the top. I also decided to have a lemonade. They have several different lemonades to choose from and it's bottomless if you're dining in. I added so many items to the bowl the price was fairly high, but worth it. There's plenty of seating inside and it's a nice dining room. Very simple, but comfortable. I sat and enjoyed my bowl with pomegranate lemonade. Everything was delicious. I'm happy that I finally tried The Hummus Republic. I will definitely eat here again. Recommend giving it a try.

I got a pretty full bowl. I noted that the kale they had out had a number of dubious leaves in it, but the person picked around them to get me some nice green kale (if I were them I'd just dump the wilted ones). Vegetarian options were ample at all levels of the ordering process and indeed the only non-vegan component i ended up with was some feta. It was a salty and tasty bowl; oddly the salad greens were the only thing I got less of than expected. I also said what the heck and got what they call a signature tahini shake, which was absurdly filling to the point that I pretty much skipped a meal. Okay if that's what you want. Overall, not perfect but a quality place with options for most diets.

We enjoy coming on Tuesdays for the pizza deal. Today we ordered the shotgun shrimp appetizer, a side salad, and the 33 Deluxe small pizza. We also decided to try a strawberry and a blackberry lemonade. After a short wait our shrimp and salad were delivered. Both were good. Our lemonades were delicious! Of course the pizza was delivered after we finished our appetizers. The pizza was great. Our server, EmilyB, was great. Always positive and smiling. We also noticed Japanese baseball was on. Didn't expect that honestly. This restaurant always has an active and vibrant atmosphere. There's seating for all types and television screens everywhere. During football season, this place is packed! The reviews are all over the place. We have always had a good experience here. If you're unsure about trying Bubba's 33, I recommend giving it a try. They have a variety that fits almost all appetites.

Of course, the beer was flat in which I left half of it. On a great note! The food was incredible! Super job to the chef's in the back! I don't think I will be returning! BTW, I've been there about 6 times since you opened here in Jacksonville, and never had this type of experience and the beers were always poured perfectly. If this is your new practice of pouring, I think you may start to lose business to Ale House.

Large parking lot as the building sits in the front of a strip mall. Staff was very friendly. Service was very good but it was (maybe) 20% full on a Saturday night at 630. Marrakesh claims to be Mediterranean and they are somewhat correct. I consider Greek, Turkish, Italian to be more Mediterranean. OK, I'll give you Moroccan,, but no way Indian. India is in Asia. ( I know this sounds a little like bragging but I've eaten at many Greek & Turkish restaurants in my lifetime (high end to little, casual cafes), so for those who gave it 5 stars...they probably gave the Olive Garden 5 stars too) The menu is not big and has items from all the cuisines I mentioned above ( except Italy of course) The FOOD.... Apps --The Hummus was just pretty good. but the pita they served was dry like "store-bought". --The Grape Leaves (Rolled grape leaves stuffed with ground beef, parsley, and rice) were just OK too. --The Spanokopita; ( a Greek dish) a mixture of cooked spinach, feta cheese, and onion wrapped in phyllo dough.. was very good. Entrees --The Lamb Chops ( you get 4 of them) are the best bet here. Served with rice or salad. It may be the most expensive dish on the menu but well worth it. ( I did find it odd the server never asked how we wanted it cooked but they were juicy and delish) --I had the Three Meat Combo and choose three items: Chicken Tawook, Lamb, and Sheesh, served with rice and salad. All the meats were very dry. --Maqluba (Mediterranean rice casserole with a special blend of spices, chicken, cauliflower, carrots, and potatoes, served with salad) was tried by a few at our table. It's a huge portion of rice with stuff in it (it was very inexpensive at $16 but then again it was mostly rice) There was an item on the menu ( stuffed Cornish game hen) but they were sold out by 630pm on a Saturday night (odd). Desserts I found it odd that the menu only lists 2 desserts, yet when I asked there were approximately 5 more, including the currently popular Dubai chocolate cake or ice cream ( I forgot which but wish I chose it.) I'm glad I asked because our server never mentioned any specials. Warning: do NOT order the baklava. It was as dry as sand. Worst I ever had and I've had many. All in all the locals surely will like it because it is different and I doubt it has much competition. But if you are visiting and eat this type of food a lot back where you're from, buyer beware.
