If you haven't yet tried Five Guys, you have to make it in. It was super delicious. You can add any toppings you want to your burger. I had their regular bacon cheeseburger and added, lettuce, tomatoes, onions both raw and grilled, pickles, mushrooms, mayo, ketchup and mustard. It was delicious. I remember we tried going on New Year's day, they were advertising at this specific location that they would be open on New Year's, drove over there and it was closed. It was disappointing but I don't know the circumstances so I dropped it. I've visited a few times after and things are hit or miss, but still good enough for me to come back. The service is either really great with an upbeat and very friendly person taking orders, or somebody with a completely opposite attitude. I once tried paying with Apple Pay, which they show on their door that they accept, and it wasn't working and the employee tried to make up solutions that didn't make sense. If you order a cheeseburger, you can get extra cheese for free. A girl once tried to charge us for it.. which we said was odd since we have never paid for extra cheese, and she didn't say anything and just changed the modification on her POS to make it free, like she 100% knew it should have been free, but tried to get some extra money out of us. Aside from these, the food is usually pretty great which is why I come back. The burgers are made fresh and are full of flavor. This location is usually busy but I certainly don't mind waiting for good fresh food. I do notice that this location makes their fries in big batches ahead of time and keep them already portioned out and under a warmer. This is the first time I've seen a Five Guys not make their fries to order. It feels very gluttony to say, but they don't super overfill the fries like you normally expect at a Five Guys. They have a lot of employees on any time I've visited, but never once have I seen somebody go around to clean the dining room, so I'm always sitting at a dirty table. Stopped here for a double bacon burger with several toppings, and the french fries. Place was a little clean. Customer service was ok. You get charged for how much toppings you ass on you hamburgers. They have delicious Cajun fries!! I stopped by this five guys for lunch around 2 p.m. It is located in the corner of Maryland and flamingo right next to unlv. The plaza is huge, so I had no trouble finding parking at all. They had lots of tables and seats available. [Service] Upon entering, I was welcomed in by the employees and headed to the cashier. All the employees were kind and friendly. They all wore masks and gloves. The employees not working on the food were cleaning the tables and keeping the place nice and clean. I appreciated that. When I got done placing my order the food came out extremely fast! [Food] I ordered the hamburger with onions, Mayo, ketchup, lettuce, and mushrooms. I also ordered large Cajun fries. The patties in my opinion were pretty bland but all the condiments I got to add on it made up for it. The Cajun fries were great! Definitely had that nice Cajun flavor. Best Five Guys I've been to in America or the U.K. There was a very friendly girl who served us - I stupidly didn't think to ask her name but she was black /bi-racial and had her hair in pig tails. Food tasted fresh and came quickly. My only slight niggle is that there was nobody wiping down the tables so we had to clear up someone else's crumbs before sitting down which isn't ideal. I hadn't been to 5G in a while but a friend recently suggested it, so in we went for lunch. Staff here are friendly, menu is standard, location is very clean. My double cheese burger, all the way, and cajun fries, were a meal that basically equated a full day of eating. The burger was gigantic, the toppings were exactly what I wanted, the fries were spicy and ridiculously portioned. It's the little details that I don't love- how they smash down the bun when wrapping the burger, and how the cheese stays cold and doesn't melt. It's great quality for fast casual and I like the customization options, but the things I would want to change are inherent to the 5G style. Until this visit, I never noticed that they had a BLT on the menu, so maybe I'll try my luck with that next time. read more

Such great service. I couldn't find the nutritional info on the five guys website and didn't realize the buns have milk. I had the urge to ask just to make sure as my fiancé was born without the chemical to digest dairy and would be hospitalized if he had any. Thankfully I asked because the buns did have milk and the staff went out of their way to check for dairy then accommodate by doing a lettuce wrap instead, and even changing their gloves. I'm so thankful for places that really take allergies seriously and don't make the customer feel bad for asking/changing items as needed.
